| I. Blasting chamber and bottom hopper 1. Fabrication & fitment of bottom hopper tank with 12 mm MS plate. (A) Mesh plate is to be provided at the bottom to separate the scales from steel shots. (B) Inspection door is to be provided on the back side of the bottom hopper with flanges and fasteners. Inspection door is to be closed by providing packing sheets/rubber gaskets to avoid steel shots and dust leakage (C) Clean out door is to be provided on the side of the bottom hopper with flanges and fasteners. (D) It shall be ensured that no scales, shots and dust remains inside bottom hopper and shall flow freely from bottom hopper and pass through the mesh plate before entering to the bucket elevator charging spout. (E) All the plates required for the fabrication are to be cut by laser cutting or shearing. All the holes are to be drilled , no gas cutting/gouging is to be done. (F) Pneumatic lines with valves shall be provided to various points on the bottom hopper for cleaning the steel shots /dusts on the hopper. 2. Fitment of 125mm I beam/channel on the foundation on both side of the machine to support shell assembly. 3. Cutting of the 12mm MS plate of size 3047mm x 1850mm height for the fabrication of side walls of the shell (Qty - 02 Nos.). Cutting of holes/provision on the plate for providing inspection door, work rotator bearing plate, ejector shaft, and housing for roto blast as available in the existing machine. 4. Cutting of the 12mm MS plate of size 1220mm x 1850mm height for the fabrication of the end wall of the shell at the charging side. Cutting of holes on the plate for providing charging door as available in the existing machine 5. Cutting of the 12mm MS plate of size 1220mm x 1850mm height for the fabrication of the end wall of the shell at the discharging side. Cutting of holes on the plate for providing discharging door as available in the existing machine 6. Cutting of the 12mm MS plate of size 3047mm x 1220mm for the fabrication of the top roof of the shell. Cutting of holes on the plate for providing housing of the roto blast as available in the existing machine Qty. 7. Fabrication and fitment of the complete outer shell of the machine with 12mm MS plate (including blast chamber, inlet chamber and exit chamber). (A)Shell of the machine shall be of three chambers. Ie, Inlet vestibule, blasting chamber and outlet vestibule. Inlet vestibule shall be of length 685mm x width 1220 mm x height 1850mm,Blasting chamber shall be of length 1372mm x width 1220 mm x height 1850mm, Out let vestibule shall be of length 990mm x width 1220 mm x height 1850mm 8. Fitment of wear plate, made of 25mm manganese plate and with a maximum size of 300mm x 300mm, onto the machine shell. (A)Wear palte shall be installed in the blasting chamber, inlet vestibule, and exit vestibule to shield the shell from steel shots. (B)The wear plate shall be drilled to the required size for welding studs onto the shell, and then fixed to the shell using these studs. Each wear plate will be aligned by lapping them against each other, ensuring a precise fit. Corner wear plates will be bent to 90 degrees accordingly.
