Demolishing/Dismantling of existing 11 nos of RIICO Staff quarters and Shed of approximatel plinth area 520.00 sqm and 320.00 sqm respectively at Ind. Area Bhiwadi with loading unloading and transportation of serviceable / Non serviceable material from site to disposal outside RIICO Industrial area Bhiwadi.The Boundary wall with gates of the periphery of campus will not be dismantled. The work will be treated as completed on clearance of total plot area measuring 3680.00 sqm reserved for RIICO Convention Center up to ground level / Road level. NOTE:- A. Bidder is advised to inspect the site before quoting the prices. B.The bidder is advised to quote net value of complete job and the highest net rate quoted will be treated as successful bidder. C. Net value = Estimated value of recoverable / serviceable material-value for demolishing , dismantling and site clearance , loading unloading ,transportation etc. (To quote Lump sum for complete work). (D) Highest rate quoted by bidder will be considered as L-1
