Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings sheets in roof coverings.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

Designing fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain wll witth Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all height and all levels etc, including : (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equaliozation or rain sscreen principle as required, proper drainge of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing fabricating and supplying and fixisng panels of aluminium comosite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thock almoinium composie the panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sndwichrd between two aluminium shets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumioflon based fluoropolyme resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (service) coating on face #2 as specified using stainless stee screws, nuts bolts, washrts, cleats, weather silicone sealant backer rods etc (c) The fastening brackets of Alluminium alloy

Base farme work for ACP cladding is oayable under the relevant aluminium items the Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium ciomposite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all compete, as per the Architectiral drawing as per item description, as specified as pre approved shop drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. However for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on th external face (incuding width iof groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal places

MAKE:-EUROBOND,TIMEXBOND NOTE:-1.wastage will be expected more as per approved design.No extra payment shall be paid for any wastage at site. 2.contractor is advised to visit site or GE office in working hours to clarrify the approved design. 3.The whole work will be executed under supervision of higher officials and GE.

4.Material shall be procured 100% in advance to avoid any variation in shades of ACP panel. 5.samples of drawing is also attached for reference. 6.Cut pieces of panels shall not be allowed .7.Contractors are requested to quote thie rates accordingly as it is very prestigious work.

S&F SS 304 grade steel plate of 16 gauge thick fixed to pillers with 04 Nos of studds . Stell Plate to be fixed after Laser CNC Cutting of approved Logo and back covered with ACP sheet Approved Colour Etc. complete all as per manufaturer Specification and as directed by Engr- In Charge
