To attend any break down & checking the electrical connections & wiring of equipment and rectify the problem of summer appliances ie. Split type AC's, window type AC's, water coolers, refrigerator,deep freezer, desert coolers, package type Acs of any capacity or make/model, installed at VRDE complex as and when required during working/non working hours all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) If Spares will be required in particular complaint, then the item will not be measured in this item and it will be measured & paid separately under relevent item of this schedule.

Taking down/out the blower/condensor fan motor of any make and capacity, transporting to workshop, opening up, cleaning, taking out burnt winding etc, and rewinding of motor with superior quality of enamelled copper wire of same guage, reassembling and fixing back at the same position including testing and making necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Blower fan motor (Two speed i.e. low and high for window type AC of capacity 1/5 HP capacity)

(b) Condensor fan motor for water cooler1/6 HP Capacity.

(c) Air cooler fan motor having three speed, single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz of 380 to 450mm sweep.

(d) Condensor fan motor for split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR.

(e) Blower fan motor for split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR.

(f) Condensor fan motor for split type AC of capacity 2 TR.

(g) Blower fan motor for split type AC of capacity 2 TR.

Taking down/out window / split type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity of any make, from existing position, transporting and refixing at new location including making necessary connections to make it functional complete all as specified and directed. Note : Gas charging and/or parts if required shall be measured and paid separetely.

Detecting gas leakage of water cooler, refrigerators, deep freezers, window type AC's and split type AC's and rectifying / arresting the leakages, testing for pressure drop complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid separetely.

S&F in replacement PCB unit for remote control including remote for AC unit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Numbering to MES No/ SM No by Oil paint (tint shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge) on Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans / Wall fans/ water coolers/ Air conditioners/ Deep freezers / Geysers/ Desert coolers /Refrigerators of appropriate lettering size incuding all necessary T&P,ladders etc. as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix PCB board for Inverter type AC of 1.5 /2.0 TR capacity complete to the entire satification of EIC.
