Following works and supply are to be carried out at 220KV S/S Gajokhar, Varanasi.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe “B”class (IS:1237) and header, make TATA/Jindal including cutting, welding etc. and providing suitable flanges along with necessary fitting viz bends, tees, reducers, gasket, nuts & bolts etc. for satisfactory competition of job.

Excavation of pillar pit (size 3'x3'x2.5'=0.637 M³) including all earth works with backfilling & leveling etc. (Qty= 100 Nos. x 0.637 = 63.7 M³)

RCC works for making support Pillar(Column) stand with base apart every 3.0m with branded cement, approved coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2cm gauge hard stone ballast like granite , quartzite etc. from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries in portion concrete M20 grade (1:2:4) (Cement: Sand: coarse) and fixing MS Iron T shape channel inside 1' from the top of pillar for support of different size hydrant pipe line running above gravel / ground level in the switch yard and including casting of pillar, curing, cutting of reinforcement bar , bending & binding the same with winding wire ,including cost of all other materials labour and T&P etc. excluding supply of reinforcement bars and T shape channel.

Supply of reinforcement bars make TATA TISCON/Jindal

Supply and Fabricate T-support stand (size-1.5'x1.0') with MS iron U shape channel(100x50mm std) and make holes for tightening of different size emulsifier pipe and supply suitable clamps with nuts & bolts.

Spray painting of gate valve/foot valve and T-stands (from black color), water pipelines (from red colour) & air pipelines (from blue colour)up to plinth level with one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of blue, red and black color synthetic enamel paint of 1st class quality make Asian/Berger/Nerolac, after cleaning of rust & dust.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following accessories with nut, bolt, washer, fixtures & all necessary materials required for the job.

3'' (80mm)dia gate valve.

Supply and complete installation works of fire hose boxes with paints, 63mm dia GM hydrants with hose pipe, (15m long) complete set with nozzle, and grouting with cement concrete (1:2:4).

Replacement of mal functioned/worn-out pressure switches with supply, installation and test & commissioning of new fixed differential switch (Danfoss / Indfoss Make) type pressure switch range 1-10 Kg./Cm.²

Installation/Replacement of mal functioned/old pressure gauge with new pressure gauge as per I.S specification I.S. Code-3624 accuracy + 5%

Complete overhauling/servicing of Kirloskar make 100HP Diesel Engine by replacement of engine oil, coolant, air filter, diesel filter, engine oil filter and other associated items, change of glendori of all pumps(like diesel pump, main pump, jockey pump) including all valves, replacement of leather sheet and rubber sheet for foot valve, NRV etc to complete the job satisfactorily including all cost of materials.

Miscellaneous works and items like dismantling of old pipe line hydrant system and related accessories with shifting and stacking as per instruction of JE and other works not included in the above work that may be necessary for completion of all works.
