M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil bound distemper will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and Wall, Roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

Note : cement based paint will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall, roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : cement based paint will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall, roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc. 10cm in width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

M&L Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather proof) on old treated wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :Weather proof paint will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall, roof hight portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.
