Providing reinforced cement concrete end bearing cast in situ bored pile 500 mm dia of effective length of 10.5m for control room using M 30 design mix concrete and 12 to 20mm HBGS jelly ISS excluding cost of steel reinforcement, including providing temporary casing pipe of minimum length of 1m at top used for stabilising the sides of bore holes for the remaining length concreting for this pile shall be done through transit pipes and minimum cement content shall be not less than 400 kg/m3. The reinforcement of the pile must be done upto top level of the pile cap, excluding cost of pile reinforcement. The cost includes mobilisation and de mobilisation of pile equipment, all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Providing reinforced cement concrete vertical cast in situ bored pile 350 mm dia of effective length of 8.00m compound wall using M 30 design mix concrete and 12 to 20mm HBGS jelly ISS excluding cost of steel reinforcement, including providing temporary casing pipe of minimum length of 1m at top used for stabilising the sides of bore holes for the remaining length concreting for this pile shall be done through transit pipes and minimum cement content shall be not less than 400 kg/m3. The reinforcement of the pile must be done upto top level of the pile cap, excluding cost of pile reinforcement. The cost includes mobilisation and de mobilisation of pile equipment, all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Empty boring in earth from GL to cut off level (bottom of pile cap) including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc., complete.The depth of boring may vary due to site condition as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing pile cap for required size above the cutoff level in M30 design mix using 20mm B.G. ISS including chipping the top of pile upto cutoff level cost to shuttering, water arrangements for concreting with all lead and lifts etc., complete excluding cost of reinforcement. The minimum cement content shall not be less than 400kg/cum area of pile.

Single pile under routine load test for safe load of 850KN with a factor of safety of 1.5 times as per ISS-2911-1985 part IV and other relavent codes inclusive of all charges for extension of cutting of piles that may be necessary, erecting and loading the platform in the manner accepted and approved by the Board Engineers together with labour and other incidential charges for loading and unloading the test loads, hire and transport charges and all other incidential charges for conducting the test including retaining the test load for 2 hour at 100% capacity. Testing equipment shall be got tested at contractor's cost and test certificate for pressure guage must be done before taking up the first load test.

Earth work excavation in all soils and subsoils, hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders with lead of 10m and lift of 2m including cost of all materials, labour, T&Ps, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the RCC, PCC and Brick Masonry in Cement mortar if any met with during excavation for foundation trenches and clearing the debris from site including all labour, lead, lift,T& P etc., complete.
