Supplying of 16 Meter High Mast Light System with Mast shaft shall be in two sections hot dip glavanized, Inside & Outaside in single dip,suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include acessories for high mast including head frame 3 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia. double drum winch. Glavanized Lantern carriage arrangement suitables up to 12 Lumianires Symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightining Final supply of foundation bolts manufactured from steel alongwith nuts,washers,anchor plates & templates.With internal Power tools Bottom dia 360mm Top dia 150mm. (May fare,Bajaj or its equivalent make).

Supply of control Panel comprising of main MCCB 100 Amp, 3 Nos MCB and Reverse forward 3phase with 3 Nos automatic timer switch with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. for housing of suitable control circuit for the operation of High Mast. It shall also consist of suitable controls for prepration of power tool motor complete with timer as approved by the Engineer in charge as required complete in all respect.

Supplying and Fixing of flood light 200 watt made of die cast aluminium housing fitted with toughened glass (with High Power LED,s) MF - FL - LED 404 as required complete in all respect including Lense Bajaj or its equivalent make).

Supply and errection on MF - ALF -804 LED aviation ovestruction lighting fixture made of cast aluminium fitted with Poly carbonate cover as required complete in all respect.

Constuction of suitable shallow foundation with "M20"/M25" grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T / Sq.mtr at 2mtr.Dept with 3ll material and labour (As per design of May fare/Philips , Bajaj make).

Erection of the high mast Installation of control panel and testing commissioning of 16 mtr. With the help of suitable equipments and wiring of Luminaries with all wiring material & Labour including carriage of material from Company of site.

Supplying and Fixing following rating four pole 415 volt isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts 40 Amp Category - A (I & I GE C& S standard make.)

Supplying and Fixing of following way, single pole and netural steel MCB distribution board 240 volts on surface recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar ,wire set netural link ,earth bar,din bar ,detachable gland plate blanking plate,cable identification labels inter connections,phosphatized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. Double door 8 Way.(L&T.GE.C&S standard make).

Supplying and following rating four pole (Three phase and netural )415 volt residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) having a sensivity current up to 300 MA in the existing MCB DB Complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc. as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. Cat A-40 amps.(L& T .GE. C&S Standard make).

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable/XLPE power cable working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground, to be laid in 1 mtr. Below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc.of the reqiured size,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts armoured cable 16mm square(Four core).

Providing ,laying and fixing of One No. aluminum conductor,PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable ,working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size - XLPE power cable 16sq. Mm(four core).

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mmx600mmx6mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having looking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) Complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper palte earth electrode complete required.

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. strip at 0.50 Mtr. Below ground level for earth electrode conductor including soldering etc. as required.

Supplying and Laying /dismentalling of road repair with 40mm dia G.I. pipe alongwith accessories in surface/recess for laying the around cable etc. as required.
