Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 33/11 kV, 5 MVA Power Transformer suitable for outdoor installation, complete with off-load tap changer, copper wound, oil-immersed and naturally cooled type. The scope shall include supply and erection of transformer complete with all standard fittings and accessories such as conservator, silica gel breather, Buchholz relay, oil level indicator, winding temperature indicator (WTI), oil temperature indicator (OTI), magnetic oil level gauge (MOG), pressure relief device, marshalling box, radiators, valves, and earthing terminals. The transformer shall be provided with HV and LV side cable end termination boxes, complete with glands, lugs, ferrules, interconnections, and all necessary hardware for proper termination. The work shall also include filling of transformer oil (if required), filtration, testing, commissioning, and all associated works for making the system fully operational. The entire work shall be executed as per approved drawings, attached technical specifications, CSPDCL standards, Electrical Inspectorate norms, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. The unit shall strictly conform to the attached detailed technical specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Battery and Battery Charger System comprising 30V, 180Ah Lead Acid Battery bank (heavy-duty type) complete with automatic battery charger suitable for float and boost charging operations. The scope shall include acid-resistant battery stand, inter-cell connectors, electrolyte, vent plugs, battery terminals, cable connections, and all necessary accessories and hardware required for complete installation. The battery charger shall be provided with necessary metering (voltmeter, ammeter), indication lamps for charging/healthy/trip status, and annunciation for faults such as charger failure, low/high voltage, and DC supply failure. The entire work shall be executed in accordance with approved drawings, attached specifications, CSPDCL standards, Electrical Inspectorate norms, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing of Electrical Insulating Rubber Mats at all required locations for safety of electricians and technicians against accidental current leakage during operation and maintenance of AC/DC installations, conforming to IS: 15652 (2006). The mats shall be of Class-C insulation, suitable for maximum use voltage up to 33 kV AC (rms) and 240 V DC (rms), with dielectric strength of 65 kV (AC rms) and proof voltage of 36 kV (AC rms).
