Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated with ELCB plug top complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece, in and out going water connection pipe (Hot & Cold) etc complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 2.5 square mm and drawing through PVC conduit of 20mm dia with accessories on surface in wall/roof along with one run of 2.5 square mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to earth and earth dolly including taking down existing old unserviceable submain and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 3 runs of 2.5 Square mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as 1 unit of running metre.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to 1100 V grade FRLS conforming to IS - 694 multistranded drawn through and including rigid 20mm dia PVC medium grade conduit and conduit accessories duly ISI marked on surface etc., with new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for switches duly painted with two coats of red oxide zinc chrome primer with suitable hylam sheet cover of suitable size for mounting of switches, regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with one run of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to 1100 V grade FRLS conforming to IS - 694 multistranded copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down existing old unserviceable wiring & connected items and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed for One light / bell point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps, single pole.

Supply and fix switch piano, single pole one way, flush type, 5 Amps 230 volts for light, fan and tube light complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose of surface Bakelite 65 X 50 mm, three terminals, AC 50 HZ, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket with single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 volts including taking down existing metal box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 32 amps 240 volts 'C' curve suitable for fixing in MCB DB including taking down existing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix GI tube Med grade 15 mm bore including all necessary fittings including taking down existing old GI tube complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix stop valves, cast copper alloy, fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15 mm bore including taking down existing old stop valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix Bib tap, cast copper alloy, fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15 mm bore including taking down existing old bib taps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC connecting tube of 450mm long with two brass adopters suitable for hot & cold water of 15mm dia pipe superior quality complete all as specified and as directed.
