Replacement of existing Front Facia Signage at Airside of the Terminal Building by Illuminated LED signage including improvement of other internal signages inside terminal building at LBSI Airport Varanasi

Terminal Building Announcer Designing,providing and fixing of 3 D LED internally illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufatured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used as per site condition complete in all respect duly approved by EIC. 3D Letter to be provided for ( लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अन्तरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा, वाराणसी [AAI LOGO] LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, VARANASI ).The appropriate letter font height should be designed and fabricated as per the height (approx. 1700 mm) of back ACP base of the facia. Letter face : Providing and fixing White translucent 040, 5mm thick acrylic. Back Channel : The channel letters should be made out of 3 mm thick aluminium to receive the front acrylic and house the controller and LEDs with keeping face of the letters recessed and firmly fixed with the channel by suitable arrangement so that the face acrylic can be removed and refixed for maintenance. All the letters should be made in profile to achieve true right angle. All mounting would be done in true plumb and using templet, keeping the alignment of the letters in one level. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the technical specification.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the signage to the nearest power source available at the site. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing/site requirement. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Back base of 3D Letter Providing and Fixing of 4mm ACP sheet of colour(Blue Pantone 541C) duly approved by EIC, at the air side façade of the Terminal Building at the height of 22 mtrs (approx) by making necessary arrangment of MS tubular back frame of suitable size to fix the ACP facia firmly fixed and MS frame should be duly painted with two coats of primer and synthetic enamel paint with adequate clamps, support and fastner complete as required for cladding the ACP. The work include dismentalling of the existing retroreflective signage board of size 1.70 m x 45 m (approx) and handing over the same to AAI store complete as required.

Floor/Wall Mounted Internal directional Signage board. Designing,providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign face :Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame: Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M bothway tape from the other side.The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent (Edge lighting - 6500K, 12 v, with optimal homogenious backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the signage to the nearest power source available at the site. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per site requirement. The Signage board shall be designed and fabricated for Domestic security check,International Security check, May I Help You,Domestic Arrival,Domestic & International Transfer Signage ,Visitor and Staff Entry Signage , Hub and Spoke signage complete as required as per site condition. Signage Support Structure Design , Supply and fixing stainless steel SS 304 Grade hollow square sections of cross tie members of size 80mm x 80mmx 2.5 mm ( preferebly ) for fixing sign board, having brush finished including welding , grinding , buffing and making curvature ( wherever required) and fitting the same on on the vertical post of the signage with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete as required. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Signage Vertical Post Design , supply and installation of SS 304 Grade, Vertical square post 100 x 100 x 4 mm of height upto 4.0 mtr, brush finished, base plate embedded below the floor finish and provided with a floor trim ring. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel 304 Grade. Post including base Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick SS Plate with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete slab. The post shall closed with a 6 mm thick SS plate. The Post shall always be a single continuous element without any joints.Cost to include all activities Argon welding / Grinding / polishing and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, etc required for fixing the sign in an internal location. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Design , supply and installation of SS 304 Grade, Vertical square post 100 x 100 x 4 mm of 4.6 mtr height, brush finished, base plate embedded below the floor finish and provided with a floor trim ring along with providing and fixing Tension rod of 12 mm dia (SS 304 grade) with threads with turn buckle system. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel 304 Grade. Post including base Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick SS Plate with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete slab. The post shall closed with a 6 mm thick SS plate. The Post shall always be a single continuous element without any joints.Cost to include all activities Argon welding / Grinding / polishing and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, etc required for fixing the sign in an internal location. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Signage Support Structure Foundation Erection of Signage Pole by making suitable foundation including its compaction and all activities like cutting of existing floor tiles, excavation, PCC base layer and CC,fixing the Vertical post alongwith providing and fixing electrical connection wherever applicable and finishing complete as required. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location in order to match the original finish after fixing and installation of the sign complete as required as per site condition. The foundation shall be designed with due consultation and approval from a structural designer without any extra cost and the actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contractor.

Boarding Gate Signage Designing,providing and fixing of illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per ref. Drg. No. 2.2g-3-G of Tata Elxsi, technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign face : Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic/ transparent clear acrylic (at FIDS Led screen) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. The entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent ( Edge lighting - 6500K, 12 v, with optimal homogenious backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the signage to the nearest power source available at the site. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing and site requirement. Sign Face Replacement of Old Signage Removing Existing Worn out Sign faces of Acrylic with LED modules and with electronic converter and submitting it to AAI store without damaging the sign box and support and Providing and fixing New Sign faces , made in 5 mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective over laminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C or as per graphics design as required . The work includes internal illumination using Power LED lights from Osram or equivalent ( Edge lighting- 6500K 24/12v with optimal homogenious backlighting & light throw of minimum 4ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to Lux levels mentioned in the technical specification . Cost to include all internal connections and wiring , termination and connecting the signage to the nearest power source available at site. The final sign face to be properly installed with 3M brand Tape with reinstallation of the signage to its original position etc. complete as required as per site condition.

Providing high-quality buffing and polishing to existing Stainless Steel signage square poles /pipes of 100mmx100mm and height upto 4 meter each .
