(A) Road Work: Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 . (l) By Manual Means . (A) In area of non thorny jungle.

Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification Clause 301.4 By manual means

Earth work in excavation for roadway in soil using mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and site slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, spreading, grading to required slope compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (i) From private Land

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) From private Land

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor graders on prepared surface mixing by mix plant in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonnes proper grade in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening binding materials to fill up the interatices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. By Manual Means (2) WBM Grading-2

BITUMINOUS COURSE Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (iii) High Porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared nonbituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Providing and laying Cold Mix bituminous macadam with Drum mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with Cold mix binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification for Grading l (40 mm nominal size).

Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.
