Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil.
Carriage of earth by mechnical means for a lead of 1 Km including loading, unloading and spreading complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 3.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)
Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). a)All works upto plinth level

Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Note:- Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable /recoverable separately. a) Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC. (Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum)
Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.
Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removel of form for: (a) Foundations, Footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (Note-Cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In cement mortar
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Dismantling and taking away concertina coil, RBT, barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and disposal of unserviceable material etc as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
Providing and applying/painting AAI logo of size 450 x 750mm (logo shall be projecting out by 12mm made up of cement plaster and then painted in blue colour) on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade using cutting stencil of acrylic sheet of 12mm thick, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge.
Providing and applying/painting warning instruction of TRESPASSING AND PHOTOGRAPHY PROHIBITED - letter height 100mm on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade using cutting stencil aluminium 16 guage thick material, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge.
Providing, Casting and erecting RCC pre-cast compound wall in panels of 3.0 meter width, 3.30 meter height ( minimum total height) and 0.10 meter thickness as per the following specification and as per enclosed tentative drawing, including supply of all materials, excavation, foundation, erection of wall panels and scaffolding required for the work etc, complete as follows: 1) Earth work excavation upto 1.8 meter height for the pre- cast footing and for the compound wall panels including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m as per the approved Design/Drawing. 2) Providing & laying in situ Plain Cement Concrète 1:4:8 (One Cement, four sand and eight 40mm BG metal) of 100 mm thickness including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level for the raft footing and for any other required areas. 3) Providing and Casting RCC Precast Concrete raft footing of minimum size 1.0m x 1.0m size x 150mm thick along with padestal of minimum size 0.4 x 0.4 x 0.4 mm and wall panels of 100m thick, 3.0 meter width and 3.30 meter minimum height using M30 mix including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per the approved Design/Drawing and with the reinforcements as per the approved Design/Drawing. Necessary MS lugs shall be provided in the panels to receive/weld the MS frame work for fixing Concertina coil fence. The rate shall include all material labour charges, providing necessary moulds demoulding after required setting of concrete, transportation & lifting using mechanical accessories etc. complete. The rate shall include necessary curing. (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) 4) Erecting the raft footings over the PCC base under para (3) above, and erecting the vertical compound wall panels ovœ the above raft footing in the earmarked alignment using machinery with proper levels, vertically with expansion joints at every 30 meters spacing. (Concertina coil shall be paid for separately). 5) Providing & laying in situ RCC, M30 mix concrete for counterfort retaining wall and jamming them with concrete at site ( to keep the vertical panel wall in correct alignment and vertically ). Grouting the expansion joins with necessary chemical grouts. 6) Back filling the excavated trench with the excavated earth and consolidation of the same to the required level for all height. 7) Anchor bolt for fixing Y/U angles (cost excluding Y/U angles shall be paid for separately). The rate shall be inclusive of drawing and designing of the structure from NIT/ Reputed Govt. Engineering institution and carrying out the works as per approved drawings, checking the structural stability etc. and all necessary works for a complete Design and Build Construction on a Turnkey procedure as per the Direction of Engineer-ln-Charge.
