Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes n.exc.10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cables / pipes errection of pipes / poles stays etc.completes all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes n.exc.10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying of cables / pipes errection of pipes / poles stays etc.completes all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes n.exc.10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock for laying of cables / pipes errection of pipes / poles stays etc.completes all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to distance n exc 50 metre where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr- in -charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissionnig of 120 Sqmm 3 core UG HT cables 22000 volts grade (earthed), XLPE insulated and PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS - 1554 part-I, laid in trenches/ surface of wall/ in GI pipe along with pole for connection to OH lines,including brass cable glands,clamps,etc including removal of existing unservisable cable and making good damaged surfaces as required complete all as specificed and directed. Make : Polycab/Havells/Finolex as approved by GE. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 22 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable joints complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 22 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable joints complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for clean dry river sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling, hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying factory made reinforced precast concrete cable cover,ISI marked, class HV, type 2, flat, of size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm with minimum average breaking load 350 Kg as per IS 5820:1970, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning outdoor type sheet metal enclosure cable jointing box, double door, CPRI approved of 3 Way suitable for HT 22 KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 nos epoxy insulators and 03 nos copper bus bar and made out of 3.15 mm red powder coated CRCA sheet having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry/exit of size upto 120 Sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and washers and incl weatherproof, bottom hole, outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level), connected to and including Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts & checknuts and washers etc; GI pipe 15 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of G.I earth wire, both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I, other end connected to electrical main switch board (inside the bldg) GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors/plinths or fixed on walls or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate , including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with galvanised iron 20 mm bore medium grade pipe and M.S funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata & testing on completion.

Supply & fixing of reinforced PCC cable route indicators of size 50x20x10 cm with letter inscribed on both sides as "MES HT CABLE" or MES LT CABLE of specified font size not less than 60 mm as directed and mounted on PCC Block 40x 30x30 cm complete using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge Note :- 1. Contractor is responsible to trace the route of HT cable with the help of cable testing Van and groute the route indicator alongwith the HT Cable route.

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 90 cm for laying HT UG cables and making good with material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supplying and laying GI tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade including all accessories/fittings for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall / floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends/ socket/ reducers /saddles incl necessary threading / drilling works including taking down old tubing all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge
