Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type with stone aggregates 40 mm.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor Steel Bar/TMT) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008, for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending,binding and placing in position complete.

Wrought iron & Mild steel ladders, framed grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars riveted or molded forged framed window guards, barred iron doors stair case iron railing etc. including cost of bolts and nuts, screws, welding rod complete fixing in position @35Kg/Sqm .

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface

Painting two or more coats with aluminum paint to give an even shade excluding priming coat

Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering , including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic,night signals. providing & fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fen cing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect..Earth work upto 1.5 m. Depth For Ordinary soil having gravel upto 40%.

Providing and laying, jointing, fixing, testing ISI Marked G.I. Pipe (as per IS 1239) B Class, including cost of Specials such as tees, bends, sockets elbow etc., cutting, threading and testing in trenches in the ground complete 80mm i/d.

Providing and laying, jointing, fixing, testing ISI Marked G.I. Pipe (as per IS 1239) B Class, including cost of Specials such as tees, bends, sockets elbow etc., cutting, threading and testing in trenches in the ground complete 50mm i/d.

Providing and laying, jointing, fixing, testing ISI Marked G.I. Pipe (as per IS 1239) B Class, including cost of Specials such as tees, bends, sockets elbow etc., cutting, threading and testing in trenches in the ground complete 40mm i/d.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in charge) Class PN-1.6 as per ISI 80mm i/d Sluice Valves flanged .

Providing, fixing and jointing ISI Marked Gun Metal peet valves (Heavy Pattern) as per IS778 with hand wheels, on G.I. Pipe lines laid in the ground or inside buildings including all carriages complete. 40mm i/d Gun Metal peet valve heavy pattern 40mm i/d Gun Metal peet valve heavy pattern.

Making connection with the existing G.I. branch main up to 40mm size pipe including cutting of existing pipe line, threading of pipe lines from both ends and fixing of G.I Tee etc. in the pipe line (including cost of G.I Tee) complete in all respects

Bailing out water from the trenches for making new connections in existing pipe lines including cleaning trimming and dressing the trenches to correct alignment and grade as required by the Engineer-in-charge Connection with pipe line upto 300 i/d.

Dismantling, disjointing, removal of G.I. pipe lines, specials, valves and fittings complete in all respects 80mm dia internal Pipe line .

Construction of masonary Sluice Valve Chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department Size 0.6 m. x 0.6 m.
