Taking down carefully existing unserviceable Copper/aluminum batten/surface conduit/concealed conduit point wiring (light, fan, bell/buzzer, socket or power) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, sockets, lamp holders, shades, fan regulators, light fittings, bells etc (including old MS sunken boxes) and removing the retrieved materials from dismantling including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of unserviceable DBs/switch fuses/changeover in sheet steel enclosure complete with MCBs/Fuse/grips any capacity and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc. Taking after disconnecting all cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) PVC insulated and unsheathed of size 1.5 Sq mm single core in and including surface PVC conduit/casing capping/concealed conduit Medium class 20mm dia ISI marked with all fittings such as tees, bends etc terminating in MS sunken box/wooden box/PVC box ( As site requirement) covered with and including 3 mm thick new bakelite laminated sheet top cover ‘Hylam’ for one fan or light or 5Amps socket or exhaust fan or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, single core as earth wire to common earth & connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down switch boards / fitting / fixture , identify and rectify the complaints pertains to internal electrification of any type and nature of temp/permt OTM Accns such as rectification of faulty electric circuit , tightening of loose wiring/ conduits replacement of defective accessories such as any type switch, socket, ceiling rose, Pvc Board and conduit, lights , MCB any type , holders, wire etc. shall be measured and paid separately. Cost of minor stores , such as screws, clamps, washers, insulation tapes, nut , bolts etc. shall be deemed including in the quoted rate. ( Note . If the contractor fail to rectify the defects mentioned in the complaint slip on within 48 hrs,. he will be charged Rs. 100/- per complaints/ per day and same will be recovered from his RAR . Note for Serial Items No:- :- 34 to 65 ( Fixing in this Job only) The contractor / his rep will collect the complaint from complaint cell ( Concerned JE E/M) every day at 9.00 AM and rectify the complaints 48 hrs and deposit the complaint slip ( duly signed by the users ) to concerned JE E/M.
