Soil Investigation in r/o Provn of two lakh gallons overhead reservoir at AH Enclave at Sgnr Mil Stn (SGNR/AMWP/2019-20/02) :- (a) Mechanical Rock/Soil drilling with 100mm dia bore or Nx size drilling with core bit in any type of strata up to depth of 23.0m conducting SPT (N Value) as per IS 2131 and collection of disturbed & undisturbed samples. (Qty - 02 Holes 23x2=46 RM). (b) Laboratory tests i.e grain size analysis, atterberg limits, cohesion intercept, angle of shearing resistance soil and bulk density, water content, porosity, uniaxial compressive strength, Poisson’s ratio of rock etc. Evaluate allowable bearing capacity on shear strength as well as on settlement consideration along with strata bore logs & comprehensive report for the proposed sites. Note:- (i) SPT Test will carried out for interval not more than 1.50m and for every change in strata. (ii) Depth of investigation shall be 1 to 23m depending on IS provision and site strata encountered as directed at site. (ii) Chemical testing report wet to each hole -02 Nos (23x2=46RM). (iv) Soil investigation report in quadruplicate to be submitted duly recommendation of Over Head water tank foundation depth etc complete with photographic record. (one supply/job work only)
