10. Concrete Waterproofing

10.1 Providing, applying "XYPEX" Concrete Water Proofing & Durability Enhancement by Crystallization to be supported by at least two International Test Reports showing clear Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) Photographs of desified and mature crystals forming to plug all the capilary tracks and pores of the concrete permanently and permeability test as per IS: 720 conducted by CBRI. The concrete should not absord water more than 0.5 grams and not more than 1mm from the concrete surface. The product to be listed in ICC-ES-EVALUATION REPORT INDEX January 2009. The treatment to be carried out on the concrete surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14.5 Spandrel Glass Panelling

14.5.1 Providing, fabricating and supplying shadow box of required size and shape, for fixing in the spandrel portion of the structural glazing, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building by providing semi-rigid, inorganic, non-combustible fibre glass wool insulation 50mm thick, conforming to IS: 8183 and BS: 3958 Part 5. 15. Repairing of Existing Damaged Concrete

15.4 Application of Epoxy Grout: Application of low viscous, high swelling, thermosetting epoxy grout with hardner solution through already fixed non-returnable packers along the cracks/ construction joints using medium to high pressure special injection pumps. The mixing should be done as per the manufacturer's specification and using specialized applicator. The amount of hardner per litre depends on the required pot life at present ambient temperature, the epoxy hardner shall be mixed until the colour gets uniform and application shall be carried out within the pot life. 15.5 Restrengthening Works

15.5.1 Restrengthening of RCC Members by the following processes as speciied and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete at all levels

15.5.2.1 In Columns: Parchange supply and application of MBRACE CF 230- Unidirectional Carbon Fibre reinforcement System of BASF India Ltd. or equivalent having 400 gm/sqm weight and having modulus of elasticity of 240 kN/mm2 at the entire length of the beam with one layer after proper application of Concresive 2200 at the entire beam area at a thickness of 2mm, which will be followed by the application of MBRACE saturant at the green condition and after proper wrapping the second layer of MBRACE staurant to be applied.
