Dismantling of existing snap grid framework of wooden/aluminium of any description,type,size and thickness in any position as in ceiling upto height n exc 8.5m and removing from site by contractor at his own expense complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down existing bituminous felt carefully including plaster,concrete etc.of any thickness,and cleaning of surfaces of roof,terrace including junctions of parapet walls,kerb walls,PCC fillets,benching etc.with wire brushes and removing of rubbish outside Min of Defence land to any lead complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening old concrete floor / slab top surfaces by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove all loose dust,dirt,etc,and evenly applying a coat of cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling steel rolling shutters including top cover hood of any size,pattern, weight and removing from the site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (approx area of each rolling shutter is 7.5 sqm)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cementbmortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4.00 sqm each and removing from the site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description,n exc 2.00 sqm each and removing from site by contractor at his own expense complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning or removing from site and making good the disturbed surface for 15 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.
