Removing the existing damaged stabilizer and PLC control panel and other dismantaled eletromechanical equipment after disconnection of electrical power etc and carring the same to local store by Engaging eletrician , manual labour , required tools tackles etc all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of M.S. fabricated cubical type (1000mm X 950mm X 200mm) wall mounted motor control center with hinge type front door cover made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable locking arrangement having fully automatic programmable logic control system based on PLC with manual and fully auto bypass mode as per specifications and details laid in the NIT. N.B. Single line diagram, bill of materials and internal circuit diagram should be submitted before delivery of Panel. Make - Any approved make.

Supply and delivery of Three Phase Voltage Stabiliser capacity of 20KVA oil coolling type having unbalance 200 - 500 V input voltage, and 400V(±1%) output voltage , Auto/manual servo voltage stabilizer with U/V,O/V,O/L protection with contactor at output side, input MCB, Ammeter Bell etc. as per I.E rules and as per specification. Make - Any approved make.

Supply and delivery of In sheet enclosure 100A 400V 50 Hz TPN Main Switch rewireable & side handle type along with suitable fuse link. (Make-Havells/L&T/Any approved make)

Supply and delivery of in sheet enclosure 100A 400V 50Hz 4 Pole on load side handle type Change over switch. (Make-Havells/L&T/Any approved make)

Supply & Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F M.S saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Making termination of existing 25 sq.mm. 3.5 core cable by crimping method with supplying cable socket, cable gland etc. as per direction of E.I.C.

Making double Earthing arrangement in compliance with I.E. Rules by G.I. pipe electrode with G.I. funnel (50mm X 3 mtr. Long) direct in ground with supplying and fixing of GI. earth busbar, drawing of 25mm x 6mm G.I. earth conductor between pits and as earth busbar inside the pump house and 20mm x 3mm GI strips for continuty to different electrical installation i.e. main switch, panel and feeder box etc. and making suitable size earth pit etc. all complete.

Installation and commissioning the Voltage Stabilizer and PLC control panel along with other electrical equipment’s from Sl no 2 to 5 to ensure performance of the equipment’s in running satisfactorily as per direction of E.I.C.

Making internal and external lighting system for the pump house by the following items supplied at site. 6000 Lumen LED External light model BRP409 060CW HE NR along with 1.0mtr long GI arm wall bracket or equivalent.
