Charges for Hydrostatic stretch testing of H2 gas cylinders in accordance with under rule 35 of the gas Cylinders rules 2004 and scrapping, cleaning and painting with 2 coats of Signal red enamel paint as per IS standard and The Test particulars are to be punched on the cylinders and the Teflon ring is to be provided at the valve base of the cylinders. Charges toward replacement of the H2 gas cylinder valve if required including cost of valves. (Lumpsum)

Transporting Charges including Loading, unloading of H2 gas cylinders to be tested to the Government approved testing centre and bring back to NCTPS – I after testing of the cylinders.
