Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures).

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand for plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand for plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/out using extra cement in CM 1:4 by using manufacture/washed stone yellow/grey sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete reinforced of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), and disposed off out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.(up to 4 storey building).

M&L for Re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle where required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner). Make: Sika, Fosroc or concressive 1450 of BASF complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000. (ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work shall be paid under respective items of BOQ. (iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding as required.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A1 using 20mm graded Stone aggregate as in beams, columns and chajja etc. in patches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Form work to sides and soffit of beams, Columns, slabs, chajja, landings and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 9 hereinbefore but 6 to 8mm dia.

All as per item No 9 hereinbefore but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binder etc.

M&L for mild steel angle iron work as in Jacketing of existing column by cutting welding making holes and fixing by using angle iron/flat iron of FE-410 W grade complete including necessary skefolding upto four Storey building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for guniting RCC works in coloum, beams, slabs, ceiling,Chajjas,Facia, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 50 mm x 50 mm with 3 mm dia steel wire as facias/drops amd similar works etc and applying an epoxy resin concrete bonding agent treatment over the old concrete surface to bond with the new concrete with Nitobond EP of M/s Pidilite or equivalent (as per manufacurers instruction) to bond old and new concrete, guniting with minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg per Sqcm in two layers of total avg thickness shall be 40 mm thick with cement mortor (1:2) using ordinary portland cement of 43 grade mixing with water proofing admixture polycrete @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :The following items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate:- 1) After placing the reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbed with brush, washed with water and allowed to dry for guniting/ concreting/plastering. 2) Work is to carried out in patches 3) scoffolding upto reqd height of bldg/tank. 4) Guniting from Ground floor to four story building 5) Anti-corrosive protective coating for old reinforced bars 6) Finish the top surface of guniting even and fair with truly horizontal/vertical as directed by plastering.

Taking down old damaged grit wash Plaster including backing coat from wall of any description on brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 grey cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing roof tiles/roof treatment from roof and parapet of any description and removing the rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Cleaning top surfaces by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass, raking out joints to receive plaster and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Plaster shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. 2. Rate of this item is inclusive of disconnecting fitments at roof top such as water tank, solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after completion of roof treatment.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster by using manufacture sand in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying 3.00mm thick APP based polymer membrane as per manufacturer instruction, over 85/25 industrial bituminous coat @ 1.20Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on newly plastered clean and dry roof surface including sealing of joint by torch application and finishing top surface by applying Bituminous base allumininium paint two coats over APP membrene complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof coving/benching and bed block, plateform for tank etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick masonry work, built in cement mortar of any description including rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 including raking out joints complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including removing to store complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Pre-painted galvantume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) Pipes 110mm in Bore (dia), Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joints fixed to Walls or Laid in Floors, etc, including Taking down /up unserviceable Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Pipes 75mm in Bore (dia), Single Socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joints fixed to Walls or Laid in Floors, etc, including Taking down /up unserviceable Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Bend suitable for PVC (SWR) Pipes 110mm in dia, jointing with Solvent Cement and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Bend suitable for PVC (SWR) Pipes 75mm in dia, jointing with Solvent Cement and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Stack Clamp made of GI Channel section with 10mm dia U bolt and nut fixed to wall to hold the vertical pipe of dia up to 100/110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for welding in repairs thickness of Metal to be welded n.exc 6mm for railing, Post, Angle etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair (HDPE) Water Storage tank 500 Ltr Capacity (triple layered) in roof, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable Water Storage Tank with Float Valve of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair (HDPE) Water Storage tank 1000 Ltr Capacity (triple layered) in roof, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable Water Storage Tank with Float Valve of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down 500 to 1000Ltrs capacity PVC tank from roof, including disconnection from Exinsting GI tubing and float valves and cleaning the tank (removal of silt and other particals) and refix the tank in same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia PTMT high pressure Ball Valve with Aluminium epoxy coated rod and ball suitable to sustain water pressure from 20mm bore water, Standard of PTMT of approved make with Minimum weight 210 Gm, any Colour complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Steel Water Tubing 20mm Bore (dia), ‘Medium Grade’ with all ISI marked Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other Situation including Taking up or down unserviceable Steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Steel Water Tubing 25mm Bore (dia), ‘Medium Grade’ with all ISI marked Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other Situation including Taking up or down unserviceable Steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm Bore Gun metal globe/gate valves with iron lever fixed, screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs 25 mm Bore Gun metal globe/gate valves with iron lever fixed, screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Structural steel Beam and stanchion fixed in wall to support old slab by cutting and pining in existing walls cut to shape, drilled & welding etc, as necessary, gusset plates, each fixed independently, conforming to Fe 410w (GDE -E-250) and making good the hole with PCC 1:2:4, plastered and finished as per existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Repairs to old Steel gate leaf of size 1.50 to 2.50m wide by taking down, repairing including cutting into the size, repairing of locking and hinging arrangement including erecting in position and welding including necessary painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (any type) slab laid with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 as in bedded in floor/wall and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for preparation of newely plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surface including cornices plasters by brooming down or steel wire brusing, scraping down, smoke spots and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surface including, removing any smoke spots and applying two coat of oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor.

S&F in repair mild steel works Fe-410 or 310 as in framed works such as sun Shade/ grills/ guard bar/ Cooler Stand/Stair case Railing/Balcony Railing etc by using MS tube & box/Angle section and MS flats with ends of bars shoulders and or riveted or forged into spikes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and old decorated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 10Km but n exc 15 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Debris retrieved from item 5 and 13 shall not be paid through this items.

Note: The amount of Rs 75,705/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 136 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
