M&L in repair of Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick as earth burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using copper earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of copper thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers including jointing of earth electrode and earth wire by means of welding, all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and pit cover made of MS sheet 2 mm thick duly fixed to angle iron frame with hinges of appropriate size by welding and having locking arrangement, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil , removing surplus excavated material all as required at site and as specified in EP No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) directed by Engineer-in-charge including testing on completion.

Supply and fixing in reapeir of Earth continuity conductor or main 4 mm Galvanised iron wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases including or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicatedsituation for loop earthing etc. Complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in reapir of GI tube light grade of bore 40 mm with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable up to building height complete all as specified and directed

M&L in Repair of VTPN Vertical three phase distribution board, VTPN, 4 way 440 volts having IP-54 isolated busbar assembly IK 09 Mechnical impact strength door earthing protection, double door with provision for fixing of MCCBs as incomer up to 125 Amps and MCBs as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed .(Make: Indoasian or its equivalent/legrand /CG )

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and foundation of poles, stays and getting out in any type of soil, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L Common burnt sub class ‘B’ brick laid flat in trenches over and across the length of cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed for cable protection.

Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing 40 mm including all fitting/fixtures such as Tee/Elbow/Socket/ Nipple etc.Conforming to IS 16205 bore for laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection along with drawn in cable into the HDPE tubing on the surface/on the wall /along drainage etc cutting of road etc cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The using of GI Clamp in the wall/drainage,etc rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing shall extra paid to contractor.
