(d) Replacement of unserviceable long rail made out of 1st class teak wood 25 mm thick and 100 mm wide complete all as shown on drg, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(e) Replacement of unserviceable short rail made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood 25 mm thick and 100 mm wide complete all as shown on drg, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Replacement of unserviceable shoe with new PVC/hard rubber shoe complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

(g) S&F wooden corner cleat made of 1st class seasoned teakwood to strengthen long rails and legs.

(b) Removing unserviceable legs and S & F of new legs made of 1st class seasoned teak wood of size 742 x 60 x 60 mm at top and 30 x 30 mm at bottom complete all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c ) Removing unservicable long rail and S & F of new long rail made of 1st class seasoned teak wood of size 25 mm x 65mm in section all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d ) Removing unservicable short rail and S & F of new short rail made of 1st class seasoned teak wood of size 25 mm x 65mm in section all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e ) Removing unservicable drawer and S & F of new drawer made of 1st class seasoned teak wood and 6 mm thick plywood BWR including chromium plated knob. Rest all as specified and shown on drg , and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f ) Removing unservicable stiffener and S & F of new stiffner made of 1st class seasoned teak wood all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(g) Replacement of unserviceable shoe with new PVC/hard rubber shoe complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

(h) S&F wooden corner cleat made of 1st class seasoned teakwood to strengthen long rails and legs.

(e) Replacement of unserviceable drawers side with new of size 600 x 500 x 18 mm pre laminated MDF board exterior grade ISI marked all as per drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of unserviceable back ply wood 600 x1200 x 6 mm with new commercial ply wood 6 mm thick conforming to IS: 303 BWR grade,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Replacement of unserviceable ply wood 400 x 350 x 6 mm with new commercial ply wood 6 mm thick conforming to IS: 303 BWR grade in drawers,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Replacement of chromium plated knobs complete all as specified and shown on drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Replacement of unserviceable shutters 375 x 475 x 18/19 mm of the cup board with new shutter made of prelaminated MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick BWR as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Sides as required, made of 25 x 40 mm1st Class seasoned teak wood frame work with panel of 6 mm thick veeneered decorative plywood, (with BWR resin), decorative veneers (teak veneer finish) on one face only fixed with and including two mild steel medium grade ISI marked 50 mm size hinges and 19 mm long mild steel wood screws complete all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Providing hasp and staple mild steel 50 mm size 1.6 mm thick, stove enamelled black and fixed with and including screws complete all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Providing MS CP 19 mm dia conduit pipe with socket as shown in drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Providing aluminium handles cast type, anodised of 100 mm size complete all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Providing 1 mm thick nominal plastic laminated sheet as approved duly pasted with fevicol etc on the top of lockers all as specified and shown on drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chairs All Type (Drg No DB-3922, DB-2799, FD-15, FD-17, FD-20, FD-27, FD-228, FD-229, FD-279, FD-280 & FD-282)

Removing existing cane from chairs/couches/ stool dressing CB/Bin soiled linen, etc (back & seat) and weaving with and including new cane 2 mm wide half round and 4 mm wide on borders complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bed Newar/Ply Top Drg No FD-245 & FD-246

(a) Taking out old unservicable rails of bed ply wood to and Provision of new long rails of seasoned teak wood of same shape and size all as spefied and shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Replacement of unserviceable ply wood teak face and providing 4mm thick ply wood ISI Marked BWR teak face on one side and other commercial of size 780 x 340 mm on both side of head board.

(c) Ditto all as per above item but size 780 x 180 mm for foot boards.

(d) Removing old unserviceable/warnout existing plywood top from bed plywood top/bed newar and S&F new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade type AA of size 1800x900mm of aproved make and fixing it by minimum 18 No 30mm brass screw for each bed and all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

(e) Taking out old unserviceable bottom supporting rails of bed ply wood top and Provision of new bottom rails of seasoned teak wood of required shape and size all as specified and shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Taking out old unserviceable legs of head board S&F of new legs of head board made of new seasoned teak wood of required shape and size all as specified and shown on drawing.

(g) Taking out old unserviceable legs of foot board S&F of new legs of foot board made of new seasoned teak wood of required shape and size all as specified and shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) S&F 4 Nos wooden corner cleat to strengthen long rails and legs made of new seasoned teak wood of required shape and size all as specified and directed,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
