SH-A: ARMO of HVAC Plant. Annual Operation and maintenance of HVAC system comprising of HSD Oil Fired 04 nos. each unit of 10 Lac K cal / Hr capacity hot brine generator, central Chiller Plant of capacity 3x200 TR capacity, 25 nos of AHU's of different capacities, brine make up pump, primary and secondary brine curculating pump, handling of HSD oil in under ground storage tank in General/shift duty on all working days i/c Saturdays, Sundays, Gazetted holidays & National holidays , The contractor has to deploy the following minimum man power (with one weekly off) (including Reliever) for the work to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Supervisor (Highly Skilled) :- 01 no. (ii) A/C Operator (Skilled) :- 04 no. (iii) Helper (un-Skilled):- 04 no.

Servicing of central heating plant once in a year comprising of 04 nos. HSD oil fired 10 lakh K. Cal./ hour capacity hot brine generator 1No. Heat Exchanger installed in heating plant room, complete all as per scope of work given in the special condition of contract.

Repairing & Rewinding of following Hot/ Chilled Water circulating Centrifugal Pump set including, dismantling, repairing of shaft, replacing of defective mechanical seals,bearing, nuts, bolts, gaskets, gland etc complete as required. a) 3 Phase Induction motor, Make Crompton greaves/ ABB 20/15HP Motor, 1460RPM, 415V, +/- 10%, Frame ND160M,Centrifugal pump, Make Beacon Weir Ltd, Type BWC 80-100, Total Head 28 Metre, Capacity 25 lps, speed 1450rpm, Input 8.79BKW,EFF 79%

Supply, installation, commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. a) Thickness 0.63 mm sheet

Repairing of Following sizes of 3 Phase Induction motor, set including, rewinding of motor, dismantling, repairing of shaft, replacing of defective mechanical seals,bearing, nuts, bolts, gaskets, gland etc complete as required. (Rates also includes tranportation charges of motor upto workshop & taking back & fixing of motor in AHU Room)

SH-B: Operation & Maintenance of Automatic Fire detection, fire alarm and fire hydrant ,sprinkler system etc Annual Operation and Maintenance of Automatic Addressable Fire Alarm & Detection system, Fire Hydrant & Fire Fighting system and automatic sprinkler system installed in Terminal Building including monitoring of control panel, Zonal panels, smoke/heat detectors, RI, manual call point, hooters, Isolator, etc. General/shift duty i/c maintaining log book etc and maintenance of the system. The contractor has to deploy the following minimum man power on all working days i/c Saturdays, Sundays, Gazetted holidays & National holidays (with one weekly off) (including Reliever) for the work to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Electrician cum Operator (Skilled) - 04 No. (ii) Helper- (un-Skilled)- 02 Nos.

Carrying out of "B-check" maintenance of Kirloskar make Diesel engine pump set anually of 53 KW/ 72 HP capacity including supply and fixing of element fuel/oil filter, kit air cleaner, by pass filter including supply & replacement of lub oil etc. for the DG set as required. (B-check will be carried out by Authorised dealer of Kirloskar company or by OEM).

SH-C: ACMC of A/C's & Water coolers. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 1.0/1.5 /2.0 ton split type Air conditioner units including the replacement of defective components supply and replacement of defective compressors by company Make compressor i/c comprehensive maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (wherever installed) complete as per inventory.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 3.0/ 4.0, 4.5/4.6 ton Tower type split Air conditioner units including supply and replacement of defective components and supply and replacement of defective compressors by company repaired compressor complete as required, as per inventory.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 3.0 ton Cassette type split Air conditioner units including supply and replacement of defective components and supply and replacement of defective compressors by company repaired compressor complete as required, as per inventory.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of water coolers of different capacity & make including supply and replacement of defective components and replacement of defective compressors by company Make compressor i/c maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (wherever installed) complete as reqd, as per inventory.

Shifting of 1.5/2.0 TR air conditioing unit by dismentalling it from existing location and re-installation to new location complete along with stablizer, filling / topup of refrigerant, testing and commissioing etc as required. ( Required excess gas and pipe will be measured seperatly.)

Split Type unit

Supply of R-22 refrigerant suitable for airconditioning and water cooler units as and when required.

Supply and fixing of suction and discharge copper piping with suitable insulation and of suitable size as required.

Supply and fixing of 25mm hard PVC drain pipe complete as required .

SH-D: AICMC OF VRF System. AICMC of Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type airconditioning system of (TOSHIBA Make) i/c outdoor units (Hi side) ODU - 24 HP(Comprising 3 Nos.8 HP units) (19.2 TR Nominal Cooling Capacity) and indoor units (Ceiling Mounted 6 nos. Cassette Units) Ceiling Mounted Cassette Four Way Flow with Cassette Panel 3.2 TR Cooling Capacity with 1130 cfm airflow complete with Corded Remote Controller.Refrigerant Piping for VRV/VRF System, Transmission Control Wiring, Y-Joints etc complete as required.
