Supply , Installation , commissioning and testing Flame proof split AC 2.0 TR , 230 V AC , 50 Hz , single phase , IP 66 CIMFR certified ,PESO (Nagpur) with outdoor unit comprising of emerson make hermitically sealed compressor with flame proof terminal box , suitable for R407C CFC free environment free and non-flammable refrigerant gas and indoor unit copper tube to be fixed on iron staging comprising of cooling motor , copper condensing coil with aluminium blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerant leakage and flame proof control panel comprising of lamps 230 V AC -05 Nos with temp indicator , 2 relay output , MCB , contactor & overload relay for protection of compressor and condensing motor and incommer MCB of suitable rating complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Shyaam Cat part No . SSPL/HC/508 or equivalent make in Baliga or Flexpro . Note : (i) Flame proof control panel shall be included in the unit quoted rate . (ii) Copper tubes ( of size 3/8 & 5/5 or as required at site ) along with wrapping insulation tape and drain pipe of suitable dia of required length and drilling /chasing of existing walls shall also be incl in the item qouted rate .Tenderer's are advised to keep this aspect while quoting the rate . (iii) For fixing indoor unit and outdoor unit ,Iron stagging of standard size shall be as per manufacturer recommendation and the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply , installation , commissioning and testing Flame proof Dehumidifier vertical type ,730 pint 415 V AC 3 phase suitable for room size 1500 sqft - 3000 Sqft , with inbuilt low power Emerson, Hitachi /GMCC make hermetically sealed compressor 4.0 TR or as per requirement , suitable for refrigerant Eco friendly gas R 407 , including flame proof control panel comprising of display for humidity , temperature , sensor tank over flow , control fuse , MCB of suitable rating etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Shyaam NOTE : (i) Flame proof control panel shall be included in the unit quoted rate . (ii) Necessary cutting/chasing on existing walls for drain out pipe shall also be incl in the item qouted rate .Tenderer's are advised to keep this aspect while quoting the rate .

S&F PVC Insulated flame proof copper wire 4 core , 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rigid metallic conduit of dia not less than 20mm including junction box/terminal , all Tees , bends , reducers and fixing accessories such as coupler, lock nuts , saddles , pipe hook etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in roof trusses, framed trussed purlins rafter, crane gantries rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Flame proof Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 260 V with output voltage stabilizer at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
