REPAIR TO EXTERNAL PLASTRING CHAJJA BALCONY AND STAIRCASE LANDING STEPS OF MD ACCN UNDER AGE BRII OF GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or PCC, stone masonry wall etc including Raking out joints, hacking for key surubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, colour patterns of stone chippings shall be same as adjacent existing surface and approved by Engr -in - charge in cluding taking out existing stone grit & plaster complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove similar to adjecent existing surface complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge :

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces of walls etc in cement mortar 1:4 with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent liquid water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing admixture shall deemed to be included under this item). Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings .

Material and labour for rendering/plastering, 10mm to 30 mm thick as required at site in cement mortar (1:3) , for repair of RCC chajja, roof projection, fin facia , balcony railing etc including applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm befor rendering , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed. Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on internal surfaces of walls etc in cement mortar 1:6 with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent liquid water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing admixture shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Material & Labour for scraping out loose mortar / concrete by chiseling / wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene soulution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' as per manufacture instructions) with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5Kg/Sqcm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 using liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manfacture complete all as specifed & directed. Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings.

M&L for applying two coats of homogenious mixture super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg /sqm on surface before plastering complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided as specified and directed.
