Providing and laying PCC or RCC M20 with nominal mix of 1:1.5:3 in foundation of graded stone chips (20mm and down) and coarse granular sand using concrete mixture of requisite F.M(2.5 to 3.0)washed and screened including necessary tools and plants,vibrating,curing,royalty and all taxes etc excluding cost of form work as well as reinforcement,its cutting,bending, and binding and pacing complete job as per specfication and direction of E/I. common item 12.8 case 1

Providing shuttering including strutting proping etc. and its removal after use in foundation, Column etc. as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with approved quality of sand of requisite F.M 1.5 including screening, curing with all lead and lifts of water,scaffolding taxes and royalty and all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. 5.7.2

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper ,scaffolding,curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (5.8.21) BCD
