Description

Upgradation of spray system fo 2500 TCD Cane Crushing Capacity sugar plant, Quantity of water tube cooled-3000M³/Hr Available pump discharge- 3000 M³/H Installed pump Head- 10 MTRS, Nos of Nozzles to be proviedee-300 Nos, Nos of five way cluster (Junction box)- 60 Nos, Each Nozzle discharge capacity- 2.77 litres/second, Common Header working pressure- 6 Kg/CM² , Scope of Supply & site Super vision of Erection and Commissioning consist of following:- (i)British standard high pressure spraying branch pipling suitable for 60 Nos five way cluster/junction boxes (clusters) (ii)SS Clamp assembly 14mm thick for 60 nos clusters/Junction boxes (iii) Square threaded adopter for 60 sets of Clusters/five way headers. (iv)Hardend PVC Iphathilien branch pipe having 150mm Bore & Suitable thickness to suit the spraying system of 300 Nozzles (60 sets of five way clusters) (v) SS-304 fastness for 60 sets of clusters. (vi) Heavy duty silicon rubber ring for 60 sets of clusters (vii) Spraying branch start assembly for required branch lines. (viii) End assembly for required branch lines Note:- (1)Quantity of all materials must be sufficient for total branch lines of 300 nozzles/60 five way headrs (Junction boxes). (2) This work has the scope for after branch headess (Guarantee Period-05 years)
