Supplying and placing of Ready Mix M20 Graded of Concrete confirming to IS 456/2000 for Reinforcement Cement Concrete Structural elements under controlled water cement ratio using 20mm and down graded machine broken granite stone jelly including transportation and pumping excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement but including curing, finishing etc as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.(Note : restoration concrete quantity included)

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating, assembling and laying in exact position,typing with soft steel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Supplying and fixing of 24" FRC manhole cover with frame 600mm dia clear opening heavy duty as per IS:12592/2002. The frame & cover shall bear a non fracture load of 20MT for 30seconds with frame height of 165mm, cover height 90mm, Bearing (Seating area of cover) 75mm with Hot Dip Galvanizing Hook of cover 16mm, frame edge protection flat of size 25 x 3mm exposed surface of M.S. rings shall be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and fixing of 24” FRC Gully Gratings of 600mm Dia. with 12 holes of 50MM Dia. (Cover with Frame) complete one set. The frame and cover will bear a non fracture load of 10 M.T. for 30 Seconds with frame height of 165 mm (shall confirm I.S.12592/2002), cover height 90mm, Bearing (Seating area of cover) 75mm with Hot Dip Galvanizing Hook of cover 16mm M.S. rod, frame edge protection flat of size 25 x 3mm exposed surface of M.S. rings shall be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Supplying and fixing of composite Fibreglass reinforced polymer Grating of size 1000mm (Length) x 155mm (Height) x 30mm thick for vertical application. The grating should have zero filter content and should be non-painted, but self pigmented. The filter content tested as per ISO 3451, the slot opening should be 30mmx30mm with an average wall thickness of 8mm as directed by the Project Manager or his representative.

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit With Rain Water Harvesting Structure of inner size 600 X 600 x 600 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under walls 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth, with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 10.60 kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame Clear opening of size 600 x 600mm of class C-250 (Heavy Duty 25MT) - completing the finishing work etc., cost per each number. Using Hand Bore Set drilling of bore hole of 300mm dia upto 4.35m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another place within 5 km and filling in with 40mm HBG metal with 200mmdia pvc pipe 6kg/cm2

Carting away the surplus earth/debris to a lead of 12km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed during execution

Providing Iron Barricading of size 2m width and 1 m height with 40mm dia MS Tubular pipe for vertical supports on both sides and three lines of barricading with 25mm size MS tubular pipe and 2 x 1m M.S. Sheet with name board of size 0.60 x 0.45 m size M.S.sheet (20 gauge) including Cutting, Welding, fabrication charges and one coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality with fixing of indication with reflecting stickers and necessary interlocking arrangements with adjoining units and placing the barricading units as directed at the site for a period of 28 days. The M.S. Sheet barricading is a temproray barricading and can be removed and reused after the completion of work in a particular stretch.

Hire charges for Dewatering - Diesel Pumpset above 3HP to 7.5 HP with fuel and crew charges including transportation

Towards the hire charges for providing temporary approach platforms to the residences near execution site including the cost of fabrication,placing properly across the drains ,removing the same after the work is complete etc as directed by Engineer in charge. The approach platform will be made of 2.40mx1.20m - 6mm MS sheet fabricated with 75mmx40mm MS Channel-2.0m at bottom on all sides of sheets length wise and 50mmx6mm MS flats of 0.70m length at 500 mm centre to centre in tranverse direction including fixing MS flat drilled on corners of channel suitable for joining the next sheet with bolts and nuts including cost of materials,fabrication charges etc complete

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside M.S Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm M.S angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm c/c welded jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint, for providing access to floor top of Pump room of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by the Engineer. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

Supply, delivery and fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 guage including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

White washing two coats for walls inside and outside with good quality of white cement complying with standard specification and as directed bythe Project Manager or his representative.

Colour washing one coat with supercem or snowcem or any other approved cement based colour washing over new plastered walls by brush with silvery grey or any other pproved colour as may be directed during execution. The surface must be free from dust, oil,etc., Loose meterials and dust must be removed by brushing and washing before applying the cement based colour wash the surface shall be saturated with clean water. The mixed cement based colour wash shall pass through a fine wiremesh sieve before applying by brush, curing, etc., complete as directed during execution.(ISI STD)

The M.V in water proof enclosures control panel shall be of floor mounting or wall mounting type, vermin and dust proof, modular type consisting of the following accessories and controls. MECHANICAL WORKS

Supply and delivery of Vertical water statically, dynamically, hydraulically balanced turbine pump capable of discharging the following duty condition as given below due to all causes with surface discharge head confirming to IS 1710 and as amended as on date with accessories as per IS 5120/1977 (Reaffirmed 2011 ) to suit the site condition. The speed, No. of stages, sizes of column pipes and line shaft indicated is based on site condition prevailing during investigation. The pump should be supplied with non reversible ratchet pin housing safety clutch, suction strainer etc. The Pump Bowl assembly shall be with bronze impeller running at 1450 rpm. The pump includes suitable head shaft, suitable 1.5 metre long SS line shaft required Nos. to suit the well depth, Rubber line shaft bearing of required Nos., C.I Bearing retainer of required Nos., 100 litre HDPE Pre- lubricating tank with 20mm PVC Rigid pipe connection along with GM gate valves, Suitable ERW column pipe of each 1.5m long of required Nos. to suit the well depth, Suction bell mouth of suitable size, M.S. clamps suitable for column pipe/line shaft -2 set and Spanner - 1 set etc complete

Supply and delivery of vertical Solid shaft Squirrel cage induction motor (IS 325 / IS 12615) suitable to run the pumps in Item No.75 continuous rated TEFC/SPDP type with Class 'F' insulation for operation in AC, 3 Phase/50 HZ (±5%), 415V (±10%) running with a speed of pump noted above and with inbuilt thrust bearing assembly capable of taking up the entire load and non - reverse ratchet assembly etc., complete. The motor rating noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should never be over loaded when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump. The motor offered should be energy efficiency motors to have maximum efficiency at high power factor. Separate thrust bearing assembly could also be supplied to take up the down load.

Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions as stated in the annexure. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction . Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps to have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 960 for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets .

Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260 :IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410.The submersible motor shall be operated with 3 ph , 415 V( + or – 10 % ) , 50 Hz ( + or - 5 % ) dry induction type. Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances. The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120 % of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage , in either direction of rotation.

The motor vibration shall be within the limit specified in applicable standards . Motor should be of IE2, explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta / ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius) , bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of “Class H” and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition.The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed , copper , flexible ,round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated , PVC sheathed , flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2 core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10 mts of round submersible copper cable of suitable size.
