REPAIR / REPLACEMENT VARIOUS SIZES OF CONTROL VALVES, VALVE PITS, CHAMBERS /WATER TANKS AND OTHER WORK AT KASAULI UNDER GE KASAULI

Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable old sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing in replacement CI Sluice valve of 150mm dia bore, seated gate valve with pocket less body, SS Stem (AISI 410), EPDM coated DI wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing rings & over 250 micron epoxy coating in PN 1.6 designed to BS:5163/IS:14846 Non-Rising stem type with gear wheel operation with including necessary arc/gas welding with flange as per existing pipe line , tail pics of MS Pipe as per site requirement not less than 350mm length, dia of tail peace as per existing pipe ,stainless steel spindle of suitable length including suitable size nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket all as required and directed at site.

All as per Srl No 04 but for sluice valve size 100mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl No 04 but for sluice valve size 80mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl No 04 but for sluice valve size 50mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply And Fixing in replacement of Air release valve DI Single Chamber, Tripple Action with Ss floating And working parts & Fb Expoxy coating in PN1.6 of size 150mm conforming to IS 14845 incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chlorine dosing pump model RA-11 electromagnetic type with accessories like anti siphon valve/ discharge tubing capable to driver 10LPH @ 6 kgs/cm squ back pressure and FRP solution preparation tank capacity : 100 Ltr with lid, port hole, onlet / outlet / drain connection, level guage etc and fitted with 960 RPM motor & PVC agitator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
