Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding but not backing coat removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing building materials etc., (other than spoil payable under items -earthwork) to a distance of 30.00 KM or above, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Cutting openings, cement mortar through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings converting window into door openings, etc., or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hardcore, etc., to store and rubbish not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
