Supply install, test and commissioning LT Panel board (CPRI Approved) Powder coated cubical type outdoor factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate all acessories. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel suitable for mounting on trolley. A detachable predrilled powder coated gland plateshould be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. Adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof , complete as specified and consisting the following : i) Copper bus bar 3 phase 4 wire suitable for 1200 amps capacity along with PVC sleevs - 1 Set ii) Manually Draw out type ACB 800 Amps 4 pole, 415 Volt With Micro processor Based Release protection, Over load protection, earth fault protection & short circuit protection. iii) VAPFKWH Meter -01 Nos iv) Indicating Lamps LED Type-03 Nos (For trolley mounted Transforer of Cap 500 KVA ) Note : The layout drawing of the panel shall be got approved by the contractor before panel fabrication and shall be fabricated from CPRI approved manufacturer specified in Particular Specification.

The feeder pillar box should be mounted on ms frame made up with MS Angle of size 60mm x 60mm x 6mm with height 750mm duly covered with MS sheet 3 mm thick on all sides about 35 cm from the bottom of the FPB & all side removeable type including two coats of syntheic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessry excavation earth work in any type of soil, pcc block (1:3:6) of size 120x25x60cm- 2nos embedded in ground etc complete including writing name of feeders on FPB with size of letters not less than 10 cm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, installation and testing of water cooled silent Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 100 KVA 3 phase, 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM , engine and alternator as per relavent IS, self excited self regulated brushless AC generator with relay panel and control panel installed including sound proof Acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Pune, Engine should comply with latest CPCB IV norms , mounted on a base frame along with Std control panel , fuel tank, Battery with leads, first fill of oil, engine safeties & protections, anti vibration mounting pads and foundation etc in all respect and confirming to condition under BS 5514/2613/5000 ISO 8526/3046 with following:- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI standard. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test by IEM or rep of accepting officer. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including one hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.
(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator mounted on base frame rated at 100 KVA net output at site after considering deratings as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited ,self regulated screen protected ,drip proof SPDP enclosure ,brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be inposition to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - EN60034-1/ IS - 4722. i) Insualation class - 'H' ii) Excitation : Self Excited iii) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% . iv) Frequency regulation + 1%
(B) Diesel Engine: - Six Cylinder In line, liquid / water cooled, Turbo charged with water cooled 1500 RPM, Engine should be with electric start, compression ignation, 4 stroke cycle Designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002 ISO -3046 . Adequate capacity of Diesel engine suitable for 100 KVA coupled drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories ,directly coupled through flexible coupling ,multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours, continuous running complete confirms to CPCB IV + norms with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Mounted radiator with fan & belts. iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven. iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable as per manufacturer and standard with with MS pipe light grade upto and away two meters hight from top of enclosure including angle iron frame supports from floor to the bottom of exhaust pipe from the enclosure covered with mineral wool of thickness 50MM wrapped with chicken wiremesh of size 2.25 mm and aluminium sheet of 24 SWG to be complete with within the enclosure for safe exhaust without transfering vibration to the walve of the enclosure.

(D) Auto Main Failure (AMF): Microprocessor based Cubical panel outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 3 mm thick conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 phase , 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having copper bus bar capacity required to carry current at 110% load of 100 KVA DG set with three phase and half neutral color coded, prewired with copper cable of suitable size all as standard practice of manufacturer specifications incl nacessary hardware, gaskets, ferrule, MS stand and CRCA fabrication etc with the following accessories.

Note : (i) The DG set alongwith accoustic enclosure shall be suitable for trolley mounted and including mounting in trolley catered in under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Contractor shall submit detailed specification for approval of Accepting Officer.

Supplying ,Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3.5 Core, 1100 volts grade XLPE (cross linked polythene) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip , electric power cable heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts fix on walls/poles with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads/path/ drain /colverts or enclosed in GI pipe/ fix complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
(q) Supply and lay Control cable LT 1100 Volt PVC insulated armoured heavy duty copper conductor of suitable size multicore from DG Set to AMF panel (r) Any other components/parts as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by GE required for entire completion of the item. (For existing DG Set of capacity 320 KVA)
