(i) Offers for acceptable makes mentioned in the tender schedule will only be considered for placing the order. (ii) The offer of OEM/ Authorized Agent/Dealer/Distributor shall be considered for placing the order. (iii) In case, the tenderer is the OEM itself, firm should clearly specify acceptable make offered. (iv) In case, the tenderer is authorized agent/ dealer/distributor of the specified OEM, firm should upload the Tender Specific authorization certificate issued by OEM along with the offer failing which the offer will be summarily rejected.

In case, the tenderer participates as an authorized dealer, then the performance as required above shall be that of Principal (OEM) authorizing the agent or bidder for the same OEM. It may so happen that the agent/dealer has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM, then it will not be considered as performance. For Authorised dealer, tender specific authorization from OEM has to be uploaded with bid.

(Wherever applicable, evidence of valid registration by the competent authority shall be attached).
