Providing Operational Work; Preventive, Routine & General / Normal Breakdown Maintenance; Daily General Cleaning and Periodic Cutting of Grass, Maintenance of air conditioner, Cleaning of cable Trenches & Repairing of Fire Extinguishers alongwith other associated Works at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2022, as per Details below :

(1) Operation of 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan, Round the Clock in 3 Shift of 8 Hours each Per Day by Deploying a Team Consisting of the Technical Personnel (1 No. TG - II / S.S.O. with I.T.I. in Electrical Trade and having Knowledge of Computer Application and 1 No. Skilled Helper to Assist the T.G. - II on Duty in Shift) in each Shift (Total 4 No. Shifts; 1 No. Shift being on Rest per Day) by due Operation of the Sub Station Equipments, Transformers including DG Set etc. as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of S.D.O. / J.E. & CLDS / ALDS alongwith Recording of Operational Activates, System Information / Data, Messages etc., as per Details in Annexure - A, during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2022, with all Cost of Men Required for the Job. (1 Job for each Month)

(2) Preventive, Routine and General / Normal Breakdown Maintenance of the Transformers, Outdoor / Indoor Equipments, Control & Relay Panels, RTCC Panels, PLCC Equipments, ACDBs, Battery Chargers, DCDBs, Battery Sets etc., Split / Window ACs, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting Arrangement etc. at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan, as per Details in Annexure - B, Round the Clock and / or as and when Required by a Team Consisting of the following Technical Personnel as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of S.D.O. / J.E., during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2022, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for the Job except the Spares / Items / Materials / Equipments, that shall be Provided by the Department. (1 Job for each Month) : (a) T.G. - II (Experienced I.T.I. in Electrical Trade) : 1 No. (b) Line Man / Fitter / Technician (Experienced) : 1 No. (c) Skilled Helper (Experienced) : 2 No.

(3) Daily General Cleaning and Maintenance / Upkeep of Control Room, associated Offices, Carrier Room, Battery Room, Control Room Building, etc. by Brooming & Mopping alongwith Cleaning of associated Toilets including Brooming of C.C. Roads / Floors, Trench Covers & Scraping of Unwanted Growths in between Joints of the C.C. Roads at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan and associated Colony Premises, as per Details in Annexure - C by Deploying Required Man Power / Sweeper during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2022, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, Toiletries, T&Ps etc. Required for the Job. (1 Job for each Month)

(4) Clearance of Dense Jungle and Cutting of Grass, Kusha & Kansa including Uprooting of the Rank Vegetation, Grass, Bushes, Shrubs etc. by Scrapping of Grass, Bush, Bush Wood, Shrubs & Plants etc. above 2" over the Ground Level; Weeding out the wild Growth Roots, Seeds etc. and Collection of the Foreign Materials like Kankar, Ballast, Pebbles, Waste Papers etc. in Switchyard Area between Pale Fencing & Chain Link Fencing / Security Fencing / Wall, Area around Control Room / Committee Room, Area around Store Shed, Open Store Yard, Colony Area etc. at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan and Finally, Disposal of all the Removed Vegetation, Rubbish & Garbage etc. by Throwing it Outside the Periphery of the Sub Station Premises during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2022, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, as per Details below :

1st Cutting between 1st June 2021 to 30th June 2021

2nd Cutting between 1st Sept. 2021 to 30st Sept. 2021

3rd Cutting between 1st Dec. 2021 to 31st Dec. 2021

4th Cutting between 1st March 2022 to 31th March 2022

(5) Regular Maintenance of Lawns / Garden, Flower Bed, Hedges, Flower Vases etc. including proper Cutting / Trimming of Grass Hedges, Ornamental Plants / Trees, Seasonal Flowers etc. including Watering, Making Loose Soil around the Plants / Trees, Flower Beds etc. at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan as per Details in Annexure-D by Deploying 1 No. Experienced Gardener to keep them Healthy & Green including Replacement of Aired Plants, Grass, Seasonal Flowers etc. with Fresh Plants, Grass Seasonal Flowers etc. of same Variety and providing of Well Decomposed Organic Manure, during the period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2022, with all Cost of Men, Materials. Misc. Consumables T&Ps etc. Required for the job. (1 Job for each Month)

(6) Thorough Cleaning of cable Trenches of various Sizes along with associated cable racks at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Sahaswan in the month of Dec. 2021 after end of the rainy season by removing Mud, Silt other foreign Materials in the cable Trenches and from the cable racks after due opening of the Trenches covers, then Disposal of the Garbage, Mud, Silt, Waste, Foreign Materials etc. outside the Substation premises and finally, covering the cable trenches with respective trench cover after completion of the work with all cost of Men Consumable, T&P etc. required for the satisfactory completion of the work as per Technical Specification and Direction of the Supervising Engineer.

(7) Maintenance of air conditioner units by servicing each unit once in a year by cleaning and washing, work also includes to arrange private mechanic if any breakdown occurred in AC check the fault (To attend the fault cost of material like electronic parts, compressor etc. will be bear by department) Refilling, machine & refrigent gas will be provided by the contractor throughout the year as and when required.

(8) Refilling of following types of Fire Extinguishers as and when required, as per I.S. 15683-2006 along with other associated works i.e. painting and marking of refilling date etc. and cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. required for satisfactory completion of the work as per Technical Specification and direction of the Supervising Engineer :

(a) 2 Kg Capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(b) 4.5 Kg Capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(c) 22 Kg Capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(d) 45 Lit. Capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher

(9) Replacement of with horn, pipe & nozzle of following type Fire Extinguishers :

(a) 2 Kg Capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(b) 4.5 Kg Capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(c) 22 Kg Capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(d) 45 Lit. Capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher
