Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

SUB HEAD 2- PREPARATORY WORK : Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete workin. (A) Foundations Footings Bases of Columns etc. and Mass concrete.

(C) Vertical surface such as walls (anythickness) partitions and the like including attached buttresses & stringcourse & the like.

SUB HEAD 3- STRUCTURAL REPAIRS : Providing & Grouting cracks in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime:1 lime stone dust : 1 coarse sand) with adding natural adhesives (glues) i.e. Jaggery syrup, neem glue, shesh gundar etc. by drilling holes along with the cracks (12mm) in zig-zag pattern inserting aluminum nipples in the same and applying gravity grouting with the lime mortar using funnel and plastic pipes all complete as directed by the EIC.

Providing Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 liters per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm center to center and sealing the same as directed by the engineer in charge.

Carrying out wall treatment for termite control including spraying with chemical solution in oil base including labour and material Using Chlorpyriphos 20 ECAs per IS 6313 part - II (1% concentration by mass) is recommended i.e one litre chemical emulsion diluted with 19 liter oil base. Total solution will be 20 liters inclusive of one liter chemical emulsion application at the rate of 7.5 litre chemical / Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S.

Providing and Laying Damp-proof-course by 150mm groove in existing wall and fixing brittle stone/marble in groovebelow finish floor level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

SUB HEAD 4 - CIVIL WORKS : Providing & Applying Lime Plaster: Providing & Applying (Decorative/ ornamental) 25mm lime plaster in three coats having Backing coat of thickness 12mm on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:2:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 coarse sand, 2 stone dust,0.5 coarse chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide and second coat having thickness 10mm lime plaster (cushioning coat) on backing coat using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:2:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 fine sand, 2 stone dust,0.5 fine chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, insecticide and fungicide with third coat of 3mm lime punning (Render coat) on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 stone dust, 0.5 fine chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime plaster incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels. as directed as Engineer- in- Charge

Providing and finishing of Lime punning render coat of minimum 4mm thick on lime stone surface for both plain and decorative/ covered on the main façade in Lime Mortar 1:1.5:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 stone dust, 0.5 fine chirodi) (inclusive of coloring pigment as required) Rates are including modification factor and shall be paid on plan area as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Application of High quality Wacker SMK 1311 water base water repellent solvent free silicon coating impregnating on all Internal & external wall surfaces. The dilution of water should be done in ratio of 1:10 (1 Wacker : 10 water). The dilution should be applied in 2 more coats, wet on wet application to the surface. The application can be made through brush. The application should be done with prior preparation of surface by cleaning o it form residue of any material, dusting it clean for application.

Providing and applying of Permeable, water based Mature Lime wash finish of interior and exterior grade used for conservation and restoration of historical building, formulated by Mature Lime Putty with fillers, After the cleaning of surface and removing any loose or flaking material, applied two coat of Lime wash finish with one coat of Lime Based primer of approved color and shade to achieve desired finish apply by brush, roller and appropriate tools, as per specification, all completes with the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and Architect. Internal and external surface

Providing and repairing of Plastic / mortar Repairs (in ornamental / decorative work in stone or raised stucco motifs / ornamental features, like figurative forms urns, cornices, mouldings, finials etc ) using lime based mortars that is compatible with the host substrate (to provide an effective bond) shall be used. Profiled plastic repair for retention of carved enrichments using anchoring armatures of non-ferrous metals / any other as existing in host substrate and color matching using traditional techniques etc in (1:1 / 1:2) 10% pozzolonic lime mortar with additives etc complete.

Masonary work using Aerated light weight concrete block having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/sqcm for super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand ) complete as per Technical Specification

SUB HEAD 5 - WOOD WORKS : Providing and fixing new timber frames upto 75mm thick with well class A Indian well seasoned teak wood (Nagpur teak, CP teak, Valsadi teak or equivalent) well-seasoned, chemical treated Door/Window frames made to size, shape and design as per original design, size and pattern including and fixed in position with hold fast (40x5-40 cm) long lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing new timber door/window shutters with well-seasoned class A Indian teak wood ( Nagpur teak, CP Teak, Valasadi or equivalent) chemically treated Door/Window shutters as per original design, size and pattern including all necessary hardware fittings like brass Parliament Hinges of 10 cms length with pins (door), Brass tower bolt (barrel type) of minimum 250x10 mm in size, Aldrop 20mm. dia Size with necessary fitting Brass of minimum 30cms. Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Fixing heritage type circular wooden railing having 3" Dia is tobe fitted with brass coupler with well-seasoned class A Indian teak wood ( Nagpur teak, CP Teak, Valasadi or equivalent) to be finished with wallnut french polish and protection coat against weather to be mounted on exsisting wall as per design and directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing sandwich Glass consisting combined toughen glass 5mm thick and irani glass 3mm thick to be mounted with rubber gasket in the 9" thick galvanized MS frame to be approved before installing by of Engineer-in-charge. Inclusive all hardware ( screw, sillicon etc.) and fittings.

SUB HEAD 6 - FLOORING WORKS : Providing and fixing 8" x 8" moroccan tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. In flooring and Dado on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying tiles 600 x 600 flooring including wastage in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of building all complete as per artichitectural grawings with over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1-cement : 4-coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing kota shelf of 5 rack of width of 0.75 mtr with all material, complete as per directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing granite platform of 0.75m width with edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc, Extra for fixing marble /granite stone, over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive, including cleaning etc. Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden deck flooring as per given detail and drg complete with melamine polish as per instructed by engineer in charge.

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately), Lime Stone 70mm thick

SUB HEAD 7 - WATERPROOFING WORKS : Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.7 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approve by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying broken chine mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to bring mortar creme out upto surface using white cement including rounding off junctions and extending them upto 15 cm along the wall, clearing with water and oxalic acid etc. as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and erecting water cooler having storage capacity 80Ltr. & cooling capacity 40 Ltr.per hour @ an ambient temp of 45˚ C. The outlet temp. of the water should drop by 15˚ C within a hour, The water cooler should be comprising of hermetically sealed compressor, fan motor, condensing unit, water tank surrounded by evaporating coil, thermostats, relay etc. complete with necessary inlet & outlet connection.
