Following detailed Transformer Cooling Fan Repair/Maintanance work are to be carried out at 132kV Substation under NKN ETD-II Lucknow with all cost of man and material misc.consumable and T&P etc.required for the job as per requirement.
Rewinding of fan Motor using super enabled Copper wires & Overhauling of Transformer cooling fans of following specification after necessory dismantaling including transportation To & Fro to repair shop assembling of the motor & Fan after necessory repair of housing Rotor shaft replacement of both side deffective Bearing & filling of fresh Greade and re-installation on the Transformer after proper checking of the operation (1Job for each Cooling fan with Motor)
3Phase AC 24" Sweep 900RPM ,750W(04No. For 40MVA T/F-II GEC make and GEC Alostom Make two no Transformer.)
Overhauling & Service of Transformer Cooling Fans as per following details after necessory dismantaling and reassembling after replacement of both side defective Bearing & filling of fresh Grease and re-instalation on the transformer after proper checking of the operation.(1 Job for each Cooling Fan)
