Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces including reeking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint of any tint for camouflage design including [sigma-III pattern] necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint of any tint for camouflage design including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint of any tint over a coat of exterior primer for camouflage design including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge with manual excavation.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable complete all as specified. (Punned thickness shall be measured)

Supplying and laying Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches after removing old cable and fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 240 Sqmm, 3.5 Core with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm/ 80mm bore HDPE Pipe PN 10 for cable protection with all fixing accessories such as 40 x 3mm Clamps of suitable length, Nut bolts and washers and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors as per site requirement and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for underground cables suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure as per site requirement and complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical Busbar panel board/ feeder pillar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shad having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 including taking down the existing panel comprising of the following:- (a) OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory bricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. (b) INNER SHEL:- Inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gears, front & back openable single door system by keys. To accomodate TPN Aluminium busbar of rating not less than 200Amps. The busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 & carry the following items :- (i) Incoming/Out going :- TPN Bus bar of capacity not less then 200 Amps complete. (ii) Indication lamp 22.5 mm dia LED type, 240 Volts AC at the incommer of the unit to show 3 phase availability. Note:- (i) Safely Removal of existing cable, connections before removing unsv panel and reconnectiion of all at site as directed to be done by the contractor within the quoted rate. (ii) Approval of Drawing for the panels to be ascertained from GE/Engr-in-Charge before ordering to manufacturer by the contractor. (MAKE: ABB/BCH/L&T/SIEMENS/GE/HAVELLS/C&S/ MINILEC or CPRI approved).

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB TP/TPN /FP from existing LT panel board and supply and fix MCCB TPN/4P, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type, 200 amps of rup cap capacity 35 KA/36 KA at 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board for fixing the MCCB with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with providing thimbles/ lugs, aluminium conductor cable of suitable size, nuts bolts and wire/cable pieces etc all as required at site and directed.

S&F MCB TPN 'C' Series upto capacity of 32 Amps all as specified.

M&L for safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed with pipe technology with hot deep Zinc coated & Alloy coated (80 – 100) microns MS pipe size of outer pipe 76.3 mm dia and inner pipe 41.9 mm, 3 mtr long inside filled with ) crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having non corrosive and conductive properties complete with two bag of Black filled compound (Electrodite) mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for smooth charge dissipation complete with PCC earth pit made in cement mortar of 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) of size 450 x 450 x 450 mm with RCC pit cover. Make :- Ashlok Model No : ASEEL-39-ZC & AC (76.3mm Dia) or equivalent make as approved. Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1 ½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and removing earth strip any size any description all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized iron strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space not less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
