Supply and Erection ,testing and commissioning of following MS "C" Class Heavy Duty Pipe as per IS 1239 to withsatand a developing pressure of 10kg/sq.cm including necessary fittings likeMS flange of table "E", elbows ,reducers, gaskets ,bol, nut s with washers & joints as per standard. Method of Arc welding,including one coat metal primer and two coat Post Offfice Red painting including conveyance ,all incidental charges ,neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismaltled portions to its original condition where ever found necessary ,etc., complete as per standard specification and as dsirected by the Departmental Officers .Make :JINDAL / EQUIVALENT

Cutting and dismantling the existing damaged pipe line from its position ,loading the same in vechile, transport upto Panchayat store and lunloading etc., complete as Directed by the Department Engineer

Barricading work(Where ,there is less traffic areas and broaders roads etc.,)for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m heihgt ) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles inthe road facing sides with ready mix paints ,tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth exavation for fixing verticals post and finally removing and stacking the materials safes for futhur use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers .TWAD SOR 2022 -23

Fabrication , supply And Fixing of Support Clamps Includings Msflats , bolt and nut and cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.TWAD SOR 2022-23
