Supply and fixing of Brick tiles, common burnt clay building /ducts bricks’ sub-class `B’ Designation 75 (230mmx115mmx75mm), complete all as specified and directed.

GI tube light grade of size 80 mm with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

GI tube light grade of size 100 mm with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable and including taking down old complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25mmX20mmX 1.6mm size, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation of pole /for ducting with necessary form work complete as specified and directed.

The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE Sioplas compound as per IS:14225-1995 Part-II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable cable of any description and capacity and M&L for on existing poles of Arial Bunched cable 11 KV grade, stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3 core and 95 sqmmx 1 core (bare messenger/conductor) with aluminium alloy. M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth strip on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed.

Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down and Re-laying of HT cable of any size after rectify the fault or Laying of rectified XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volt grade, 3 Core 95 Sqmm to 3 Core 185 Sqmm including jointing and testing, laid in trenches / ducts / pipe or on poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Relaying of Lt cable of any size after rectify the fault or Laying of rectified XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volt grade, 10 Sqmm 2 core to 240 Sqmm including jointing and testing, laid in trenches / ducts / pipe or on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Serial Item No '28' & '29' : 1. For laying only, XLPE Cable will be issued 'Free for Fixing' under Schedule 'B' or existing underground cable shall be used as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of cutting of cable, provision of thimbles, lugs, stainless steel cable gland for connecting cable IN / OUT from Panels and Feeder Piller Boxes as per Site requirement. 3. The crimping shall be done only by Hand Operated / Hydraulically Operated Crimping Tool after applying conducting jelly and no other method will be allowed. 4. Extra use of cable shall be measured & paid separately in case of non availability of E/M store.

Preparation of old painted surface and painting with 4 pole/2 pole structure of steel tubular HT poles 11 mtr long from bottom to top incl all iron structure in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and yellow colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including painting of steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) of Steel Tubular pole complete, with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces including writing in 80 mm wide letters/ numbers in both side of pole MES,LT/HT and pole No complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all existig electrical connection from four pole structure & taking out unserviceable/burn-out HT Jumper cable/conductor with nut, bolt, washer and Supply & fixing PVC insulated sheathed unarmoured stranded aluminium single core cable for HT Jumper of length not less than 2.5 m long in repair /replacement on existing OH circuit/two Pole /four Pole Structure etc including ACSR Conductor (Weasel) using PG clamp/lugs, fastners, aluminium lugs, GI nut, bolt, and re-fixing the same after repair/ replacement to UNSV lugs, Nuts, bolts jumper, fuse wire alongwith petroleum jelly treatment washer etc, complete as per site requirment all as specified and directed. Note:- "UNSV itmes, jumper and petroleum jelly treatment shall be demand into the quoted rate"

Restreching / tightening of HT over head line ( ACSR Conductor all 3 phases/ABC HT Cable ) of any type including opening out binding wire from pin/disc insulator and rebinding the conductor with insulator by 14 SWG binding wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Three runs of ACSR conductor i.e one for each phase shall be considered as one unit length.

Restreching / tightening of existing Aerial Bunched cable of any size and make on HT Poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The contractor shall also replace any broken/unserviceable fitting viz , Anchor clamps, Suspension Clamps, one line connectors, Dead End Clamps, Mid Span joints, HT Eye Hooks, service Clamps, insulation piercing connector etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized spindle two GI washer and one GI nut 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade including taking down old UNSV pin type insulator, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement disc type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type,including one galvanized spindle two GI washer and one GI nut 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade including taking down old UNSV pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement disc type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator,including one galvanized spindle two GI washer and one GI nut 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 33000 volts grade including taking down old UNSV disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for concrete graded stone aggrgate using 40mm to 63 mm grade, loose filling around distribution transformer, yard, MRS transformer and GOD after scarification and stacking the existing aggregate, removing grass/wild in panels/eqpt & relaying new & old aggregate complete all as specified and directed . Note : The payment shall only be allowed for new aggregate brought and filling in the yard etc.

10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L in replacement for guarding cradles, rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire of 4mm dia including taking up of old UNSV steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable duct cover , size as per existing ducts of MS sheet of 8 mm thick for protection of HT cable line in MRS or from outdoor Transformer /GOD to indoor VCBs of any size as director by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up shut down as IE SOP/guidelines and carry out repair to off load rotating type 33KV/ 200 Amp Air break gang operated switch and alignment of isolators, blades, arcing horns moving mechanism oiling greasing to isolators gear box assembly tightening renewal/ replacement of unserviceable spare/components, nut and bolts complete air break switch unit after carrying out fresh lubrication using Lithium base grease/petroleum jelly, and re-fixing the spare parts/components complete all as directed at site. NOTE: New spares/components shall be measured and paid separately as under

Supply only metallic (brass, alloy) fixed contact set, single pole including fixing screwed nuts and washers suitable for air break gang operated switch of capacity 200 Amps, 3 pole, 33000 Volts grade.

Supply only Post insulator with GI post for holding fixed/moving contact assembly including fixing arrangements suitable for Air break gang operated switch 200 Amps, 33000 volts grade.

Supply only GOD operating rod as per existing with cover 33000 Volts grade insulation including locking arrangements with 65 mm pad lock (Godrej) with two keys complete.

S&F of HT fuse 30 to 200 Amps capacity, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tracing the HT/ UG cable fault with HT cable fault locator/manually by labour of 33 KV/11KV System in any situation/position etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Contractor has to rectify the fault within 08 hrs after info by concerned AGE/JE otherwise a penality of Rs 500/- per hrs would be imposed. (ii) One Single cable of any length for end to end termination with any number/type of faults will be considered to consitute only one qty for tracing and payment purpose.

PCC Cable Route Indicators of size 600mm x 300mm x 50mm with letters inscribed on both sides as "MES HT CABLE" or "MES LT / HT CABLE" of specified font size not less 60mm as directed and mounted on PCC 450mm x 300mm x 300 mm complete using PCC 1:2:4 B-1(using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) and including painting with cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling damaged/ perished locking arrangement of GOD and making new locking arrangement with provision of 65 mm Godrej lock with 2 keys complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high. Before writting painter will scrub/clean the floor/wall as per requirement dimension and double coat a base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade suitable for earth system of 3 core 120 Sq mm cross sectional area size, ISI marked as per IS 7098 Part-2, laid in trenches/ laid under floor/ laid in ducts or fixed on poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade suitable for earth system of 3 core 95 Sq mm cross sectional area size, ISI marked as per IS 7098 Part-2, laid in trenches/ laid under floor/ laid in ducts or fixed on poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the sub station in side & out side building /fencing of transformer /two/four structure and also incl around 2 m radious out side of fencing in every month duly taking down unwanted material/grass/vegetable roots/small tree/trimming of branches of tree inside and outside etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs copper bus bar any rating incl cutting/drilling of suitable size holes as per required site and also copper nut,bolt,washer etc complete as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs aluminium bus bar any rating incl cutting/drilling of suitable size holes as per required site and also GI nut,bolt,washer etc complete as specified and directed .

M&L for providing of male and female for GOD including servicing of GOD mounted on pole with cleaning the old greas and greasing of the GOD with new grease incl tighting of nut,bolt and washer of GOD easly complete as specified and directed

Supply and fix Electric shock chart dust proof, water proof in which written electric shock and its treatment which is written in English and hindi for Sub Stations complete and fixed with good quality wooden frame and mirror of size 50 x 75 cm all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber matting chequered suitable upto 11 KV rating as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) of size 2Mx1Mx2.5mm thick complete as specified and directed

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated switch, triple pole mechanically operated out door type with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT 15 Nos porcelain insulators of rating up to 200 Amps complete with drop out fuse assy having fuses of rating 40 Amps and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked form ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement & operating handle, with and including padlock complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type with 15 insulators of rating up to 400 Amps complete with drop out fuse assy having fuses of rating 60 Amps and operating mechanism worked from ground level with locking arrangement and including taking down old complete as specified and directed

M&L for cross arms, bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fixing of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete (Each Set -03 Nos ) with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp and hight current with stand 100 KA outdoor type for 11000 volts, including clamps, nuts and bolts, washers and connection to earth with 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip to Lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errect steel tubular, swaged pole, 11 Mtr long type 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws duly painted with two coats anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally upto planting depth alternate black and yellow straps of synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr from GL and remaining pole painted with aluminium paint including writing No complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and dismantling the electrical connection and shifting of electrical HT poles of OH/AB Cable by disconnecting incoming and outgoing cable including all accessories complete and refixing the pole by excavation, returning & filiing and removal of any type of soil including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping etc for all as specified and directed.

Prediodical servicing of air circuit breaker and disconnecting the electrical connection from unserviceable parts and taking out the unserviceable material from the ACB and supply and fix the new material as per existing make/model/capacity including cleanding and greasing fixed and movement parts etc complete as specified and directed . Note :- (i) The rates quoted by the contactor shall include cost of any other spare parts not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system.
