Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAPTER - VII ROOFING
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations :- (i) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (ii) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (iii) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge. (iv) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Designing, Supplying and installing of Factory made Laminated High density fibre board (Exterior grade laminated HDFB of Exterior grade) modular kitchen cabinet under the kitchen counter (max. 600mm deep), kitchen is to be provided with minimum nine nos. of stainless steel wire basket on sliding Telescopic rail, one no. grain trolley and shelves etc. along with other necessary fittings, accessories and hardware as instructed by the Engineer in Charge. Before fabrication of the cabinets, contractor will prepare, design/detail layout drawing of Kitchen as instructed by Engineer in Charge for approval Entire Kitchen Cabinetry like body panels, frame, shelves, partition, door shutters, front panel etc. are to fabricated out of 18 mm thick laminated HDF Board of Exterior grade. All ends of HDF Board to be finished in matching PVC edge bending tape and 5.5 mm thick mm one side laminated HDF Board of Exterior grade on back complete. . Necessary supports /stiffeners etc. to be provided in Cabinetry box, shelves, partition and door etc. for stability. Entire kitchen cabinetry inside outside including door shutters/front panels etc. to be laminated inisde as well as outside(outside decorative laminate and inside base laminate). All sliding channels in wire basket/drawers shall be of high precision double extension ball slides. Hinges must be of high quality, corrosion resistant, spring loaded with 105 degree opening and shall be fixed from inside. Wire baskets must be of top quality 304 grade stainless steel wires and must be further surface treated with nickel chromium plating. Galvanised steel shelves must be used in case of Hinged door unit, the load carrying capacity of the shelves not less than 60 kgs. The cupboard shutters will be 18 mm thick laminated HDF Board of Exterior grade including IInd class 4 mm thick teak wood lipping / pvc lipping on edges including necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano spring loaded hinges, stainless steel ss handles, magnetic door catchers, 75 mm locks with four levers etc complete hardware as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Entire cupboard inside outside including door shutters/ front panels etc. to be laminated inside as well as outside(outside decorative laminate and inside base laminate). Each cupboard in the Guest room is to be provided with minimum four nos. of drawers fixed with stainless steel soft closing heavy type telescoping channel . shelves height should be from 300 mm to 400 mm and partition should be from 750 mm to 1000 mm all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
