Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT out door type factory made(CPRI Approved ), junction box of size 750mmX600mm X500mm (over all dimension )with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 40X6 mm in horizontal sides of the frame LT Junction box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 56 class protection and made of 3.15mm MS sheet and 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. With double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock-2Nos with 3 keys. Aluminium bus bar of 450 Amps rating with drilled holes for incoming /outgoing cable core connection including aluminium lugs, GI bolts, Nuts and washers of suitable size. Porcelain / synthetic bridge insulators, heavy duty with necessary steel / GI screws, bolts, nuts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 50 sqmm to 400 Sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches outside the Bldg inclusive of necessary

excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable lugs for terminal connections of cables, Platform of U shape for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B’, old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on top and grouting bolts etc for Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and as directed. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x4mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 10 Sqmm. and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size copper lugs for terminal connections of cables, , All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and taking out of old skelton type panel with control switches complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All types of certificates and design verification with switch gears (ACB/MCCB) confirming to IS/IEC 61439/2011 Part- I & II with short circuit test 4000 A with breaking capacity 65 KA shall be submitted by the contractor before execution of work.
