M & L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

RCC M-30 gde design mix concrete in foundation including rafts footings foundation beams basesfore coulms etc basement slabs under remed piles and mass concrete.

RCC M-30 gde design mix concrete in walls , retaining walls , basement walls, ballast walls and like any thickness above top of footings including attatched pilaster and buttresses

RCC M-30 gde design mix concrete in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors roofs landings balconies canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

Form work to faces of walls retaining wall, abutments parapets and similar work inculding matached pillasters buttresses etc vertical or to batter all as specified.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs and similar work exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping).

Material & Labour for Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 500m but n. exc 1.5 km including loading , unloading into vehicles and depositing where directed including spreading and levelling.

Material & Labour for Returining, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil.

Material & labour TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length , bend to shape required , including cranking bending spirally binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia.

Ditto as per item 10 but 5mm dia and over upto & including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for ceilings to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new surface two coat of cement base paint over one coat on chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labourfor providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm thick Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment welded to the angle frame mounted above and fixed with top beam with nails 2-16# 200long.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs,haunching around hume pipes and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered an-gles and throating incl use of formwork (straight or curved) as directed.

Material & labour for construction of wall pre-cast plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm stone graded aggregate) as Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar, complete as directed.
