Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Public park. (2.00 Acres=One Mali) As per yard stick. (4817.97 sqm per month x 12 = 57815.64 sqm)

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge-bed, watering, manuring and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. Hedge cutting (Normal Hedge) upto 1.2 mtr. height (As per yard stick 1 mali = 3000 running mtr.) (247.6 mtr per month x 12 = 2971.2 mtr)

Complete maintenance of trees (out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per direction of officer-in-charge. Trees for 1200 Nos. (beyond 8 years of age) (215 Plant per month x 12 = 2580 plant)

Complete Maintenance of Shrubs (Outside garden features), jobs like making of basins at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc., (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. (950 Nos. per month x 12 months =11400 Nos.)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supply and stacking of following Shrub Plants. Providing and stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 105-120 cm., well branched, bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Bougainvillea named variety, Sobhra, Thima, Marry palmar, Cherry Blossom etc. well developed with fresh & healthy bushy plant in full bloom 40 cm to 50 cm ht. plant in 30 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 90-105 cm.,bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
