Cleaning accessable or non accessable roof upto G+5 storied building and cleaning the RCC roof with wire brushes , removal of tree root,caked mud etc sweeping with brooming and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and removal of debbries from the site premises as directed by EIC all as specified and directed

Repairs to internal water supply and sanitary fittings, blockage of water pipe lines , less pressure of water etc and Repairing/cleaning of sewage lines,Man holes,clearing of blockage of IWCs/EWCs/WHBs,Kitchen/ Toilet traps and vertical CI/PVC lines of buildings of day to day urgent repair works, Plumber and Sapaiwala of each to be provided to concern JE for attending urgent complaints complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Plumber and Sapaiwala of each shall be provided every working day except sundays and holidays for attending and completing complaints on same day during working hours with necessary tools . Note : The quoted rate shall be included providing safety gadgets to be deployed worker as per govt norms and holidays as per labour laws in vouge. Minimum fair wages shall be maintained and to avoid any dispute in this regard.
