Non toxic antifreeze (The right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boilers not automobile as the chemicals are different ) Propylene Glycol mixture is installed in the system to avoid costly water or mold contamination . The amount or volume of antifreeze need to add to reach a desired freezing temperature of -40˚C. Note: the quantity of anti-freeze is purely tentative.

CEILING INSULATION:Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Ceiling Insulation with high density mineral wool/ Fiber glass insulation 16 kg density, 100mm thick with aluminium foil.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of acoustic enclosed D.G set generating 100 KVA power at 1500 RPM rated for continuous duty with an additional 10% overload capacity for one hour in a period of 12 Hours of continuous operating at site conditions and confirming to standard operational BS 649/5514,BS 649/5514 inclusive of all standard accessories and instruments panel synchronous alternator 100 kva AC 3phase 415 V 50Hz 1500 RPM 0.8 power factor alternator shall be in SPDP enclosure self-erected ,self-regulated confirming to IS 4722/BS 2613 complete with Battery, Base frame ,Fuel system/tank. Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure suitable for 100KVA D G set and fabricated from high grade cold rolled cold annealed (CRCA) sheet and steel members lined with density sound absorption material to reduce the sound level to 7-75 decibels measured from distance of 3 meters away from the set. The job includes providing and fixing of fuel piping and valves, fuel transfer pump, MS structure works, Power cables, Cable and termination, Copper strip, GI earth stations, GI strip as detailed in the tender documents.
