Cutting of slot of following sizes in RCC slab upto 150 mm thick for fixing of 20 mm thick M.S. vertical plate by using of diamond core cutter machine having two parallel diamond blade i/c cutting of all reinforcement, all fixing arrangement of machine. The work shall be executed by skilled labour with all safety factors. No deviation and damage will be allowed in alignment of beam edges, it should be properly 100% vertical along the edges of Beam. The work shall be executed as per direction of EI, concerned Architect/ Structural Engineer etc. The work i/c all labour, T&P, loading, unloading, transportation etc complete in all respect. (Two slots per day by two labour) (A) 250mm x 24mm
(B) 350mm x 24mm
Packing of slots by water proofing chemical adhesive scot 101 based on acrylic emulsion cement modifier. For applying the adhesive the surface should be properly prepared and devoid of any impurities, the surface should be pre-wetted and no dry areas left. 1st clean the wall and filling the hole with non shrink grout after 4 hours 1st coat of (Scot 101) Elastomeric coating and after 4 hours 2nd coat (Scot 101) elatomeric Coating i/c all T&P, material. The work will be executed as per direction of E/I, architect/ structural engineer. (size of slots 350x 24 mm and 250x24 mm).
