Note :- (i) Two single core cable and one run of earth copper conductor including conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. .

Item No 130 cont.... OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3. mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate a hinge provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequite to accododate inner shell described below figing 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the comple inner shell alongiwth its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

Item No 130 cont....INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incoming/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coated heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut slef adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs.
