Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc., complete - 110mm.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flusing cistren, including flush pipe, manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. Stainless steel AISI - 304 (18/8) Orissa pattern W.C.pan of size 585x480mm with flush pipe and integrated type foot rests.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall) - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I.cover with frame (light duty) 455 x 610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ), inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete extra complete as per standard design - inside dimensions 500 x700 mm and 45 cm deep for pipe line with one or two inlets - with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3 m deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honeycomb shaft with bricks of class designation 75 and 110mm dia UPVC pipe (type B) 1.8 m long complete as per stadard design with F.P.S.bricks.

Removal of sludge from the septic tank and disposal of the same through the sewage tanker in safe location with an average lead of 10km. The rate to include the cost of labour charge for removing and relaying of cover slab laid over the septic tank mixing of Ferro Sulphate in to the septic tank for Through mechanical device and disposal of the same including hire charge for sewage tanker etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the inspection and connection chamber cover slabe and disinfecting, cleaning and taking out of all inorganic matters such as plastics, sludges etc, blocked inside of the chamber and refixing the cover of slabs pointing with CM 1:4 for making the toilet proper functional use complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all cost of materials, labour and transportation charges.

Supplying and fixing of GI Manhole cover of size 600X450mm along with GI frame etc complete.

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast reinforced cement concrete for drain cover slab of length varying upto 1.50mm of various thickness including the cost of required centering, shuttering, using sheet with M.S frames and finishing smooth with 6mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 find sand) on faces of slab but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone) aggregate of 20mm nominal size.
