Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ceiling Suspended Air-cooled Air-conditioner with hermetic/semi-hermetic type scroll compressors of 8.5TR Capacity with single or Multiple Compressors, microprocessor based controller and first charge eco-friendly refrigerant of R410A as per specification. Price shall be including of following items for each machine: (1) Interconnecting Hard drawn copper refrigerant piping (Size: 5/8" & 1-1/8"), eddy current tested 18G with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation upto 18 rmt. (2) Four pole MCB switches with encloser and Electrical (copper) cabling, suitable for operation in AC 415V 3-phase 50 cycles supply, from ODU & IDU to MCB switches. (3) Drain pipes of 25mm dia with 6mm thick armaflex insulation to suitable drain point upto 20 m. (4) Initial duct modification work and connect with existing main duct. (5) Flexible canvas connection as per requirement. I.D.U & ODU Capacity – 25700 kcal/hr (8.5 TR) each Note: a) Vendor to assess the site condition and quote accordingly. No extra amount shall be paid incase of any additional deviation of the pipe/cable length. b) The bidder needs to submit the product catalogue with detailed technical specification alongwith technical bid.
Modification of false ceiling/ trap door for incorporating new indoor unit placement, if required
Dismantling & Buy back of existing ductable (IDU & ODU) units. This Item shall be quote in negative.
